Easy check in, nice clean room with super powerful shower and good breakfast

Our room (110 I think) had a lot of noise from 5am - we could hear running water behind the room and showers from other rooms - this went on for quite some time and disturbed our sleep. We commented to the staff in the morning and they promised to investigate

Close proximity to the train station for an early trip to the airport. Front reception spoke English and was able to get us a taxi to dinner. Clean facilities.

It was small for 3 and the air conditioning wasn’t that strong. They said they’d have coffee and croissants to take away in the morning between 5-7 but they had them all up in the breakfast room already at 6 am. We were in a rush and grabbed something at the train station instead of going back up.

the location was perfect, right across the road from Termini Station and immediately opposite from a supermarket on the stations exterior. excellent for those heading off from Termini Station towards other destinations by train, in a no frills apartment. the windows were very good at keeping the noise of the street/station out, i didnt hear much at all...the door on the other hand was very easy to hear through and could easily hear foot-traffic and other apartment doors opening/closing. overall it was a good experience.

there wasnt any "early express breakfast" (that consisted of croissants, coffee, etc.) being served besides reception before the normal buffet opened for those who are departing early. this was advertised. also the shower has a step-up design, meaning it is no good for those with mobility issues. this hotel will not hold your luggage more than one day if you are travelling to another city for a day or so. luckily, there are many options nearby to hold them. we chose to use the Hotel Agora, which was literally two shops away, to hold our luggage for a few days whilest we went to Venice. They were safe and cheap.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Convenient location near Termini station.

We made a reservation and specifically asked for two twin beds (mom and son traveling), when we arrived, they gave us a double bed and when we asked to be moved to a room with 2 beds, they continued to argue with us saying that our reservation didn’t specify (which it did) instead of being accommodating. We ended up having to separate the beds ourselves. Other than that, everything else was great.

The location was ideal for travelling around the city. The staff were very helpful in pointing out places of interest and recommeding restaurants. The room was a suitable size for a couple and the hotel had elevator access to all floors.

The main disappointment of this hotel was the breakfast. It was very basic offering very few hot options. There was also not enough tables to accommodate the guests. You had to sit at tables that had not yet been cleared. Despite this I would still stay at this hotel again as it is well positioned and well priced.

The hotel is located just next to Roma Termini station, the main hub in Rome, so very convenient to use any kind of public transpot (buses, trains or underground) Both room and bathroom were clean even if they weren't big. Very friendly staff both at the reception and in the breakfast room Acceptable breakfast with good variety of pastries, but only one kind of bread just to make toasts. Very good coffee.

The shower is rather small, you could barely move The wifi was very unstable and weak even to send messages and upload and send photos. If you need a powerful Internet connection, this isn't your place

Great location, around 100m from Rome main train station. Small but clean room, tiny shower cubicle. They have luggage storage. Metro access from main station and plenty of places to eat nearby with a supermarket right across the street. They have croissants and coffee at the lobby from 5am, if you checkout before breakfast time

Asked to pay city tax in cash, they didn't accept card payment. No receipt after payment, you only get the invoice at checkout.

location is perfect for us, just a few walk away from Roma central. Room was clean. The bed is comfortable. Breakfast was really good and the the staff/waiter in the breakfast room was amazing

the bathroom very uncomfortable shower is very small, I mean really small, I am not exaggerating. I thought some reviews were kind of exaggerated but, they’re right about the bathroom and the shower. the location of the toilet/commode very narrow and tight, coz you are in between the wall and shower glass.

Great location next to the station as we had a train to catch the next day. The room was very comfortable for two adults and a child. Breakfast was good too, delicious croissants! Staff were very friendly, would stay again.

Not much, a bit more selection of hot food for breakfast would have been nice and some milk in the room for tea/coffee, but not a big deal.

It was a great home base in Rome! Friendly staff! Price is a little on the expensive side but it reflects the quality! Our room has air conditioning! Which is definitely a plus!

The breakfast option if you need to leave early is only a croissant and an espresso. Would have been nicer if they have more options!
