Check in was easy, The lobby was modern and clean. Nice sized rooms and comfy beds.The free breakfast and coffee was a great way to start the day. The staff was the best part! The woman who checked us in on our first day, greeted us like family when she would see us during the rest of our trip. My kids were treated well and felt welcome to be there.

My only "complaint" was that the laundry room was out of order. However, I wasn't really looking forward to doing laundry on vacation anyways, so it worked out well!

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and overall aesthetic of the hotel, because I knew it was not a new one. It was very clean and the room was just what was needed for a one-night stay for an event in Chattanooga. The price was so reasonable, we were able to book two rooms in lieu of one which is suddenly needed when my daughter and I travel with her two very large teen sons. The rooms were clean and a good size and next to each other, the beds were great and comfy, and all of our needs were met. We did not see the breakfast, but I'm sure it was fine. I'll definitely book there again for any future travel to the Chattanooga area.

For the price, the value was excellent and the hotel covered all the bases. There are no complaints here.

The location was great for us. I liked that it was not in the downtown but easy access to the downtown The breakfast was good I think what I like the most about my stay was that the room and bathroom were clean and smelled clean. The bed was very comfortable and we slept great. The staff was very nice and helpful.

I thought the gravy for the breakfast biscuits could have had a little more salt and pepper. I think that's a minor thing.

There are many positives related to this property. Two not so positive nor negative items relate to construction at the site. If the construction was known ahead of travel, communication could and should have been provided. Our plans and choosing this site would not have changed, yet, a proper expectation would have been communicated. Secondly, clarification of stored items in one of the closets whether they were for guest use or not is another communication missed opportunity. Overall, we did like the location and amenities.

We were 7 nights and we enjoyed our stay at Comfort Inn & Suites Chattanooga East Ridge. I recommend it!!! It was a great experience for us to have a clean and spacious room. It was great to have enough space on our room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and breakfast area very clean. The lady who served the breakfast was very friendly.

The room was very nice. It was not a huge room but great for our needs. The beds were very comfortable. Having 2 puppies, our room was for those with pets, so I worried, but it turned out I worried for nothing. The room looked and smelled so clean and fresh. Close to restaurants, gas stations, and expressways. The front desk clerk was awesome. Great attitude and personality and made us feel welcomed. Everything you need is there.

There was nothing to dislike. Would highly recommend. Very good place to stay.

Loved the Location. Everything was right there. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable! Also, they allowed us to have a late check out time which was amazing and was very grateful for that.

The front desk people could have been more welcoming but that’s it. (They were nice just not welcoming) And when we were there I think some type of party was going on. There was just too many ppl outside standing around and not a lot of parking when arriving.

We loved the location, rooms were good size, beds were comfy! We stayed two nights and enjoyed it very much! It's huge and hardly heard any other ppl! For the price u can't beat it! Breakfast was a good variety and pool was perfect! We paid here for two nights what other places were for one night and the others were not any better! U can tell it's older but has been recently updated and it met all of our expectations!

The front desk clerk was EXCELLENT!!! She had to call booking.com several times to get a credit for booking in error fir pet friendly and there were no pets. She was excellent Booking.com was very hard to get the error and credit corrected the manager of the property had to also call booking.com several times

Everyone was great remodeled spacious rooms and clean. Good location for easy access to highway.

We always, if possible, stay at comfort inns. The only issue I had was the bed. I am 5'1, 69 yrs old. The bed was very high and soft. I had a difficult time getting into the bed. I had a hard time moving around the bed due to the softness. Otherwise, our stay was great as always!
