Suberb location: close to the Leaning Tower, easily accessible from the train station. There's a common kitchen with utensils and electric kettle, useful to prepare our morning coffee. Contactless check-in and access to the property made our stay very convenient.

The heater is a bit small for the room size, and might not work during the night, at least we felt it was cold until morning. We used the AC in heating mode instead. The bathroom is quite compact, which was fine for us, but some people may find it a bit uncomfortable. You cannot lock the door from inside, but you can place your luggage in front of it to prevent your kids from wandering out while you sleep.

This is an excellent place, and as a bonus, Michele is an old friend of mine. In the nineties, I designed logos for two bands he was in: Neurotomy and Evergaze Eternity. It truly is a small world! In addition to accommodating me, he also helped me organize a small art exhibition at the Albatross Café in the city center, which is within walking distance from where I stayed. All of these factors made my stay exceptionally enjoyable. It's amazing how connected we all are!

I wish I could have stayed longer. Unfortunately, it was just a matter of time. I definitely plan to return, and I highly recommend it. However, if you want to get ahead, be an early bird.

We really liked how close it was to the leaning tower, restaurants and shops- very convenient.

We would have really liked to have the bathroom within the room but that’s us being a bit fussy. we also had a minor inconvenience opening the door with our code. We put in the correct code but couldn’t get in on one occasion. A bit concerning but we managed to sort it out in the end. My partner managed to sort it out, but if I was on my own I’m not sure I could have managed it.

Good location, close to the city center. It has a self check in which was easy and comfortable. Property lets you leave your languages the next day after check out in the basement with a new entry code.

Smell in the bathroom was a bit bad, I saw some bugs. The bathroom door is not a real door, but something like a foldable plastic. But for the money you pay you can't expect it to be luxurious.

The room was an excellent value, very spacious and well located, within a short walking distance to the main sights (including the Tower) as well as the central station. We visited in winter so it was lovely for the heating to come on at night. There is access to a furnished kitchen but there are also many cheap eateries around. The check-in was very easy (with instructions sent to us a day in advance).

The property was easy to find and we communicated well with the host (via Whatsapp). It is about a 5-10 minutes walk from the Tower of Pisa, also close to restaurants and cafes. We received the access codes prior to arrival. The beds were comfy and we had fresh towels for all 4 of us. Loved that we had full sized mirrors.

The bathroom door was a bit special (not fully closing). There was some mold in the corner of the shower. We didn't receive a cover for the upper bed. The wall with the window was painted in multiple colors (like it was recently renovated and never finished) and that gave the place an unpleasant look.

This property is very conveniently situated. The staff are friendly and helpful and our room with ensuite shower room was good. We were able to leave our bags before/ after checkin/checkout time at the beginning and end of our stay which we very much appreciated.

The kitchen facilities are shared. We were the only people using the kitchen for most of our stay but some of the facilities would be inadequate for more. There is only one shelf in the fridge. We could only find one teaspoon and there seemed to be a shortage of knives. There is a dishwasher but definitely too little crockery and cutlery to fill it. However, it was impossible to wash up by hand as, although washing up liquid etc was provided, there was no washing up bowl or stopper for the sink. It was noisy in our room when another family had an early breakfast in the kitchen.

Very easy check-in and good communication, perfect location and good price. The room „painting“ was a bit further away from the kitchen which gave us enough quit and privacy.

Kitchen could be a bit better equipped, there is just a microwave no stove. Walls between the kitchen and the room right next to it are very thin.

Owner/manager was very helpful and answered fast to our needs, beds were comfortable enough and the kitchen had everything we needed for the one night we stayed. Everything seems a bit old but its ok

Everything was fairly good, there is a bad smell at the entrance of the building that is a bit of a set off. The bathroom needs urgent care/renovation.

I would repeat my stay in Pisa, if we came back. I liked everything. Rooms were super clean and beds were comfortable. It’s 10 min walking to Pisa Tower. In addition, the terrace was good and cozy with a little table made by wood, it was perfect to have breakfast. Apart of that, the host was super kind and friendly. He let us to leave our bags after our check out, without paying nothing. So we wanted to visit the city without luggage before leaving. To sum up, I would recommend this to everyone who want a great stay in Pisa.
