- The pre completed check-in form led speedy key collection. - Good location close to Southwharf, restaurants, DFO, Tram stop - Easy walk down the river or tram into the city. - Spacious 2-bedroom apartment was great for our family. - Full size bathroom. - Air-conditioning - Laundry is a great inclusion (we didn't use) - Good building security.

- Must key lock to lock the apartment door - Limited kitchen items - Dated bathroom - TV in bedroom was poor and had issues working - Could use a new microwave - We had the view of a neighbouring carpark, very close. With lights on all night. - Tiny balcony with view of large carpark. - Swimming pool in complex is not really suitable for families. There should be more photos in advertising. Water was also very cold. Spa was out of service. - Poor soundproofing, could hear cars burning down the road at night. - We stayed during the summer holidays and most local coffee shops / cafe businesses were closed so we couldn't walk and grab a morning coffee.

The apartments are in a fantastic location, right by the restaurants and walking distance to main streets for shops. Woolworths supermarket is 5 mins walk away. Secure parking onsite , with access to barrier entrance with fob key. The 2 bedroom apartment we had with waterfront wharf view was amazing. Lovely balcony with stunning views. large lounge diner kitchen , 2 bathrooms , and master bedroom has a walk in dressing room then large ensuite shower. Kitchen well equipped . Washing room utility area aswell in appt . We loved our stay . Will be back next time we are over from UK.

The apartment was fantastic - it has plenty of space and the balcony was great. The full sized kitchen was really useful. However, it is the location that is the best thing about it. It is great to be right on the Yarra River, with bridges across to the DFO and Southbank. There were options for trams nearby and it was a short walk to Southern Cross Station to access the SkyBus or the trains.

The location was great for us, at the quiet end of the city but close to the free tram. The staff were excellent - very friendly and responsive. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was quiet.

There was a persistent smell of sewerage in the apartment. We couldn’t determine if it was coming through the a/c or from the drains. It was most noticeable each time we re-entered the apartment. Other than this, our stay was fantastic.

Excellent location with lovely water view. Close to South wharf DFO, Southbank and nice walk to CBD. Beautifully furnished apartment with spacious rooms & functional kitchen with plates & cutlery. Comfortable beds with white linens. We were nicely surprised to have a huge private outdoor garden. Facilities were excellent too except for a couple times when the dry sauna was not heated up in the mornings.

Very spacious and gorgeous apartment in a great location. It had everything we needed and more! Massive master, walk through robe and ensuite. TV in all bedrooms and lounge. Great size lounge and dining, and don't forget the spacious terrace! Great onsite facilities, including pool, spa, and gym, and a lovely stroll across the river to DFO and restaurants.

Mix up at check in where the keys were not in the drop box, and after a long flight, it was a stressful start. However, the after-hours staff member promptly arranged key delivery.

This apartment was on the 8th floor overlooking the Yarra River. It was booked as a one bedroom apartment but fortunately we had a second bedroom at the back of the property. It didn’t have a window but was much quieter, which came in handy on the Friday night as there was a birthday party on the deck below us. We both slept in that second bedroom and closed the door. It blocked the noise of the party completely. Beds and couch were comfortable, storage adequate, washer dryer a bonus. The location was excellent.

You are only provided with limited toiletries which are not replenished. Not much privacy on the balcony from other apartments looking in.

Loved the rooms and their individual tvs, the view was fabulous and easy access to the Crown area and trams etc. Main bathroom was flash! Washing machine and dryer was a bonus, kitchen well equipt. Liked the carpark access from the floor you were staying on. The instructions on how to access the parking lot and key collection was easy to follow- even included Youtube videos.

Location was perfect as I was going to a conference at the convention centre. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. All aspects of the room were great and it was very clean. The kitchen had everything I needed. The view was a nice bonus. I would definitely recommend to others.

This place was exactly what was described. Amazing place The place is huge the beds are kings. The bathroom is luxurious The kitchen has everything you need The lounge is very comfortable. But the views are one of best in Melbourne of city and the Yarra. Ill be back for this place. Ill give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Pool gym carpark 10/10
