Well the room was very nice had queen room had a and a fan with a light so room was bright not like a lot of other hotel rooms nice balcony we were road side . Down side only body wash in one litter bottle. So maybe bring soap and no lift about 20 stairs to level 1 so wheelchair no opinion. Location is good about 10 to 15 minutes walk to beach but you get to see everything when walking. couple of good restaurants just across the street and a club next door so location for us was good. Plenty of parking tennis courts and pool surf boards and bike where there .rooms were very clean and looks new. Would stay there again. Oh coffee van right across the road . And it is good

We spent four days in Byron Bay and stayed three nights at The Lord Byron—and it was a fantastic choice! Our stay couldn’t have started better, as we were upgraded to an apartment, and it was a real upgrade! A huge terrace, a spacious kitchen, and a cozy living room—it truly felt like a second home. The biggest highlight? Cleanliness—10 out of 10! Probably the cleanest apartment we’ve ever stayed in. Another great perk: free bikes! A fantastic way to explore Byron Bay. We didn’t use the pool since the ocean is just around the corner—exactly how it should be. There was some construction nearby, but since we were up early for workouts and beach time, it wasn’t an issue at all. Bottom line: We’ll definitely be back!
One suggestion for improvement: a proper service check on the bikes would make it perfect.

I love everything about The Lord Byron. It was our first trip to Byron Bay. The staff were all incredibly friendly and very attentive they were fantastic! The location was so good especially being away from all the crowded/noisy areas at night and easily accessible to the shops and beach. We stayed on the 2nd floor with a view of Jonson Street, the rooms were very clean and I loved having a ceiling fan in addition to the split system as I struggle sleeping with the air conditioning on. The split system also has a silent mode too which I haven’t come across before at other hotels. Loved the amenities in the rooms, Appelles brand and T2 teas. Also the late checkout at midday was super convenient. There’s no gym onsite however there’s a gym located a couple doors down the street which offers casual passes. Laundry facilities onsite too and the pool was nice. Free parking is a bonus aswell.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly staff who always had a smile on their faces, making me feel truly welcome. Their warmth and positive energy added to the overall experience. The room was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail. I especially loved the gorgeous heated pool—it was such a highlight of my stay! Parking was accessible and easy, and the whole process from check-in to check-out was smooth and hassle-free. Thank you for a wonderful experience—I look forward to returning!
The only minor drawback was that the rooms weren’t very soundproof, so I could hear some noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms. However, everything else about my stay was fantastic!

The most welcoming and friendly reception staff. The bed, linen and pillows were high quality and very comfortable. The room was large enough to include a cosy snuggle chair as well as 2 wooden chairs at the wall mounted table/bar. Good parking and nice pool. Easy 10min walk to the main part of town. Would definitely stay again.
A couple of small niggles. The bathroom was aesthetically lovely but the tap was so close to the sink that it was difficult to wash hands/face and impossible to fill the kettle or cups with water. Housekeeping re-filled the kettle and coffee machine each day. Our room faced the road and diggers were operational on the building site across the road. It did not disturb us when the balcony doors were closed.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, lovely pool and spa area and great accessibility to the main strip in Byron. Free bike hire was an excellent plus too.
Room was quite dark, bed was way too soft so had sore backs and the spa was often left open or set too cold and was also emptied on our last night for cleaning before the pool area was closed so it couldn't be used. Also next door is a construction site so the footpath is mud during rain and a crane was operating all day as well so not super relaxing (obviously out of control of the lord Byron but just an FYI)

The staff were absolutely lovely - they welcomed my husband and I on our honeymoon, offered to carry our bags up to our room, gave us a quick tour of the building, provided safety precautions and offered to prolong our booking if the weather didn’t allow us to travel the rest of our trip (we visited in the days leading up to Cyclone Alfred), and even left us free drink vouchers for a nearby restaurant, a congratulatory note, and a bottle of wine in our room to celebrate our honeymoon. I would recommend the Lord Byron to any couple looking for a romantic little getaway.

The rooms were clean & spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool and green space. It was peaceful whilst being a short walk from the hustle of Byron itself. The staff, particularly Bea & Andrea were really helpful - there was a nice bottle of wine in the room on arrival for us, & things like booking taxis and bringing an ironing board to the room at short notice were never too much trouble. We could borrow bikes and surf boards and staff were always on hand with restaurant and bar suggestions. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Byron 🤍
The only very minor thing was it might have been nice to have some non alcoholic options for mocktails and 0% beer/wine on the pool menu but this is really nit picking, we were really happy with the service and stay.

The Lord Byron is your perfect hotel for your stay in Byron. The customer service is exceptional, no request was too difficult. The location, perfect. All you need is very close by. Woolies, great coffee and cafes. We were so happy with the location. The facilities, fabulous! The pool was warm and spa was hot! Loved it. Every evening I'd grab a complimentary tea from the hotel foyer and head to the room. The beds were so comfy, the pillows so comfy, the hotel room clean and cleaned every am. There is a great coffee place right across the road from the hotel, serving all you need for a great start ahead. Woolies also about 50m away. Really, no other place you'd want to stay.
N/a. Loved every minute and thing of staying at the hotel.

Lovely hotel, about 10 mins from the beach, very family run feel, the reception team are amazing and super friendly. This is a quiet resort, lovely pool + outside area. It’s perfect for people who want a sanctuary. There isn’t a bar/restaurant onsite but there’s so many amazing options in Byron. The rooms are lush, very clean and a good size. That’s no lift, but if you have accessibility requirements- the reception team will help you get up to your room with luggage. Great hotel choice! 🧡
