Our one bed retreat was wonderful! Loved the hot tub, the views and everything in the property feels basically brand new. Great having all the hotel facilities just round the corner - the restaurants and pool and leisure facilities are all very good. Definitely recommend!

Very small things but it would’ve been helpful to have an oven glove in the kitchen and maybe some oil as it’s not something people are likely to bring with them. Perhaps there could also be more options for adult only times for the pool (8-9pm isn’t particularly convenient) or having a section of it cordoned off for swimming so that everyone can enjoy the pool the way they wish at the same time.

Family changing area in pool the lockers are too close together families can’t get to their stuff as folk sitting or waiting to get access - needs a rethink. Breakfast should open at 7am. Please supply small bottles hair conditioner. Please increase what you sell in shop. Please offer vending machine for at night. Please offer map of all facilities and tourist spots. Please offer board games in resources room. Please add sign in room with summary of room service and facility open times etc. Please offer more teenage and adult activities. Please offer hire of dog cages.

Staff was super friendly, mikaela(sorry if I spelt her name wrong) on check-in was super sweet, genuine,and just Darling; and Chloe on checkout was a genuine, nice and welcoming.

The facilities in the room, no dental kits, breakfast wasn't included even thought the price was extortionate. No robes or slippers in room, but they were given to us when requested. Room service tray charge, which is absolutely absurd, I cannot physically can't put the food on the tray myself. The man that took my order came across fake, i said there a way not pay tray charge, he said in a cynical tone "yes if you come down and pay for it, and wait" he voice was a flamboyant.

Being familiar with Arran due holidays on the island (throughout my life) - and at Auchrannie over the last couple of decades - we knew we were coming to somewhere clean, comfortable, fun and reliable.

Being 'a woman of a certain age', I wish I'd thought to request a lighter duvet. I only asked about this as I was checking out and was assured that this would have been entirely possible! Which is why I'm looking forward to returning! I also wish I'd thought to request, at the start, robes for between our room and the pool facilities. Again, this was no problem.

Well maintained and decorated property throughout and with friendly staff. Eating options were excellent, as was the service in the two restaurants we tried.

Given we are of a certain age and had heavy cases, the offer of help to our far distant, upper floor room would have been nice (even if we declined it) and there was a bit of a palarva linking our room card to a credit card I’d given on check-in (for charging) which we had to go to reception to sort out (it would have been nice if someone had contacted us when they realised there was a question they hadn’t asked on check in, rather than wait for us to find out the hard way). These are minor niggles really and, as our 9 score indicates, didn’t detract substantially from a very positive experience overall.

Great accommodation. Very clean. Great location. Really comfy bed. Great spa - would really recommend a massage at the spa.

One of the main reasons we picked out accommodation (one bed deluxe retreat) was for the use of the hot baths. The bath was not heated for arrival and instead we arrived to an overflowing bath with freezing cold water from the hose. The bath took hours to heat up (lukewarm after 5 hours). I am sure the outside temperate played a factor but a nice tough would be to arrive with the bath heating up (not necessarily fully heated). I’ve had this service in other places we’ve stayed and it goes a long way. We never ended up using it which was a bit of a waste as we would probably have just booked a room.

We loved the location! the food at both restaurants were excellent and all staff we encountered from cleaning people to the front desk to wait staff were all professional, helpful and kind. People seem to enjoy working there and that means a lot! Thank you for your hospitality!

Everything was wonderful! If I would change one thing it would just be to have napkins in the room so if we make a mess with tea or drip water we can clean it up. Overall a wonderful stay and we will be back!

On arrival we waited 10mins to be served . When tea arrived no sugar provided and waited another 15mins for our scones. By that time tea was cold. Advised waitress and it was a very cold and sharp sorry. Very disappointing. Also it would have been nice if we were asked if we would like transport to our retreat from the hotel . it was a bit of a journey carrying our suitcases for 10mins to our lodge at the rear of the site. However retreat cabin was amazing. Would also have liked breakfast delivered to our cabin. I did request this service and willing to pay , but to.no avail. These extra little touches would certainly help due to my underlying health condition

The resort is beautifully located, just a short distance from the Brodick ferry terminal, making it extremely convenient for travelers. Set within a large estate, the property offers a peaceful and scenic environment with excellent on-site facilities. The spa is relaxing and well-maintained, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. We especially enjoyed the Cruize restaurant – it’s comfortable, and the views from there are absolutely lovely. Overall, a very enjoyable and comfortable stay.

As a regular visitor to Auchrannie for myself ., it’s always amazing . I took my grand daughter this time and had a different kind of stay .. from a kids facilities eye .. Again .. absolutely 1st class .. pool ., play barn .. lots of fun .

There is nothing that the Auchrannie can’t / won’t do . This resort is unbelievably accommodating.. our room was huge too. So relaxing.. spacious… We had room service as it was easier for dinner with the wee one . Fantastic .. efficient service .. food delicious aa always. Breakfast was super too and the Team are beyond friendly and helpful . So good with the wee one too .. Made you all feel so very welcome. The reception Team were wonderful too . Can honestly say every single person within the Auchrannie resort 💯 welcoming ., and fantastic at what they do … huge thank you . My little granddaughter loved her 1st wee holiday with her Nana .. at Nana’s favourite place.
