Duy and Thomas, the drivers who picked me up from the airport then took me back the following morning, displayed exceptional service. In Portland, where service nowadays generally is horrid at best, these gentleman provided smiles, assistance, knowledge and made 42 hours of flying easier. Those two guys are models to whom their fellow staff can look up to as examples of amazing customer service.

My only critique of the service staff would have to be Bella. She (?) seemed constantly exasperated. When there were two of us at the counter, and she was on the phone, there was a lot of eye rolling, and big sighs, as though she were being put out for doing her job. The other customer mentioned it to me as well with "I only had a question, I guess I will forget it." The other ladies at the counter were as exceptional as Duy and Thomas and should be commended for their amazing customer service skills. Perhaps hospitality is not for Bella.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and really enjoy it. It is very convenient, great shuttle service in our experiences, fantastic breakfast (one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had), most of the staff is really friendly and helpful, very clean rooms and lobby, comfortable rooms and beds, well decorated for the holidays. HVAC system works well and drowns out any noise you might hear. A very good airport experience, even for flights leaving at odd hours.

The parking fee of $10 per night seems unnecessary, especially if you're staying just one night and not leaving your car there while you are away. Most of the staff is extremely friendly, but there is one staff member who worked at the front desk who did not have the customer service friendliness thing down. This person was dismissive of other guests (we overheard phone conversations while waiting in the lobby) and borderline rude to us and other guests. Other than that, this hotel provides a great airport experience and I highly recommend it.

I checked in shortly after dinner and checked out around 3 a.m. Easy check-in and check-out. Very friendly and efficient staff. The room was large, clean, very quiet, and well appointed. The bed was comfortable with fresh linens that were not scratchy, nor did they reek of bleach. I wanted a good night's sleep before a long day of travel, and I certainly achieved it. Early morning shuttle was driven by a helpful and friendly young man. It was a very short stay, but an impressive one!

It did take about 5 minutes or more for the hot water to reach the shower in my 3rd floor room. I was beginning to think I was going to have to take a cold shower. Patience is a virtue, so I would suggest the next traveler allow enough time for the hotter water to reach them. This was not really a problem, just more of a heads-up for the next guest.

We very much enjoyed the pool and breakfast was good. There were adequate amounts of pillows and the room was spacious which was a great plus because we are a family of 5.

Although we enjoyed our breakfast very much, there was a limit to the omelette bar which was limited to one per person...AND only for adults. It is a complimentary breakfast that was supposed to be built into the cost of the room so it was off-putting with these rules. In addition, if you wanted a second omelette, it was $5 each. It was so off-putting that my husband and I decided we didn't even want to bother with it. In addition, we are a family of 5 and I noted that I. My booking. We were provided one small bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The conditioner was of very poor quality as it felt like it was diluted with way too much water; using it was equivalent to not using any at all.

You can't beat the location if you have an early morning flight or late night return out of Portland Airport. I stayed there the night before my flight and the night that I returned. The shuttle service was wonderful. I needed a rental car to drive home, and the driver took me to the rental car area. I would have been okay to walk from the departure drop-off.

For what I paid, everything was to my liking. Unfortunately, there isn't any fast food place to purchase food. On the night of my return, I had to settle for a $4.00 Campbell microwave cup of soup from the lobby "store." The ready-made food prices were quite high, so get something from the airport before you check in if you arrive late. I know airport food is also costly, but it might be better than instant meals.

Decent location close to what we wanted to do and go too. First appearance it was clean, tidy and quiet which is nice. It’s nice they offer a hot breakfast with a variety of selections. Which was pretty good. Room was not super fancy but was clean had a microwave, fridge, hairdryer, comfortable beds and for a really great price.

It was good. I have to say the person who checked us in was very polite but lacked in any enthusiasm toward having us stay in their establishments. They told me what I needed to check in, where to go but, it sounded as a script without any feeling. Most of the hot items on the breakfast menu were really cold, except for the made to order omelette.

It had both a good price and breakfast. When we reported the air conditioning wasn’t working, someone came immediately to fix it. There was a free shuttle service from the airport and back.

There was no restaurant and as we had no car we were told there was nowhere we could go to eat. In fact a quick google search showed it was an 8 minute walk to the Lakeside Radisson Garden Grill which served very tasty food. The receptionist was not helpful in not telling us this. The info about the hotel should have advised us there was neither a restaurant nor somewhere to eat nearby.

We have stayed here before and have always had a good nights sleep before an early flight. The airport shuttle works perfectly. There was a breakfast, grab bag of fruit and breakfast bar even at 4 AM.

They were short staffed so check in was slower than usual but everyone was pleasant.

This was an exceptional overnight stay. I needed to spend the night near the airport for an early AM flight. This location was perfect. The staff were friendly & helpful; there were complimentary cookies in the afternoon with complimentary bananas, muffins (or the hot breakfast at 6AM -- but I missed that due to an early flight). Their airport shuttle runs every 30 minutes which again was a delightful surprise. The driver was on time to pick us up at 3:30AM, was cheerful & helpful. Everything was just perfect! I'll definitely opt to stay here again for my next early AM flight

Convenient location close to airport and a short shuttle ride with a friendly driver - appreciated at 5 am! Room was on the small side but perfectly adequate with comfy bed and good bathroom. Wifi worked well, as did fridge and microwave. Room was very quiet with no noticeable airport noise. Onsite restaurant was simple, tasty, and affordable.

Only complaint/question: why do this and so many other accommodations only offer hard-as-rock pillows? Very uncomfortable for both of us, and we do not have suitcase space to bring our own. A choice of hard vs soft would be better.
