On arrival the reception team were very welcoming and explained prices and services on offer. ALL of the staff thereafter were very warm and welcoming and eager to assist if needed. Our room was spacious with very good facilities. The hotel is so close to the Lourdes Shrine and shops and our room had a stunning view. Breakfast was excellent. A variety of food on offer and yes you can eat as much as you like! The breakfast room / restaurant is so well laid out out and the staff are attentive and polite. I woke up each morning looking forward to breakfast. Most of our stay involved walking and worship and it was a comfort to return to the hotel to rest. We will be staying at the Panorama on our next visit.

We had an evening meal on our first and second night. Not as good as the breakfast provision. Again you could eat as much as you like, however we found the choice of and quality of food was not exciting and thereafter chose to eat at outside providers.

The staff. Especially the receptionists. They handled our needs quickly and efficiently. And always with a smile..

Nothing really. It is very near the Grotto even for persons, like me, with limited mobility. But still no noise even the rooms overlooking the street. A very minor thing that could be improved is that sometimes certain items in the breakfast could be warmer. We will certainly without a doubt return and choose the Panaroma Hotel again.

I like the parking lot. Since i have with me a big size car, i feel very good when i saw the parking garage. Very secure because located inside the hotel. It just cause 20 euros for one night parking. Hotel location only 300 meters by walk to sanctuary of lourdes. No woories about food and shopping. Because around the hotel you will find a lot of store. And all walking distance. Room and breakfast just ordinary, nothing special about it

Great location to the Shrine. Easy to walk around, public parking was easy. Plenty of food options nearby too.

Breakfast was ok, but could be a little better. A view of the shrine is not really possible with the trees.

We loved the staff, the room, and the location to the grotto area was 2 mins walk and that was important to us as we wanted to make the most of all that the Lourdes offers on our pilgrimage. The 1st day er tried the lunch and it was very good and breakfast was pretty good too. My sister and I must eat strict gluten free and they brought us the best warm baked off rolls we had ever had and sliced bread that toasted so tasty!! The staff was extremely occomdating by offering us an early and late check out. We paid a small price, but is worth it depending on the flight schedule. The view from our room was exactly what I wanted, also a small balcony to sit and read, sketch, or have a snack. Lot's of shops and eateries all within very short walking distance. Great value too.

Dinner one night didn't look great so we passed. The dining room also caters to larger groups so two people sort of get shuffled to the back corners where it's a little dark.

Close proximity to shops, restaurants, and the Basilica.

The hair dryer would work for a short time, then, after a couple of minutes, it would smell like something was burning and I could see flames in the device. When someone came to check on it, they didn’t allow for enough time for the hair dryer to run so they didn’t find anything wrong with it.

It is (at most) a 5 minute walk to the Sanctuary- easy to walk everywhere! Breakfast was a hearty variety of breads, cold meat, cheeses and hot food like eggs, sausages and mushrooms.

Sad that we couldn’t find anywhere to eat on arrival at 9pm. The restaurant was just closing

The breakfast was good, the location is only a few minutes from the Sanctuary. The staff is friendly and super helpful, rooms very cleaned - this is my 4th stay at this hotel and will definitely recommend it and will be staying again at this hotel for my next visit to Lourdes

The dinner at the hotel maybe of more choice and of French cuisine

It was so close by to the sanctuary! Central to Lourdes. Plenty of restaurants and cafes in close vicinity. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious and bathroom with shower looked and felt brand new.

Nothing to dislike. If I had to be picky, Our towels were not changed after the first night even though the bedsheets were. But when we asked for new towels we were given new ones straight away.
