It was so clean and beautifully decorated inside and out. The location was in the center of everything, and right off of I-75. As soon as you walked in, it smelled so clean. Greg was super! All the employees I encountered were happy and helpful. The hot breakfast was a great bonus. The rooms were very clean and modern. I am very happy with the days we stayed. And considering it was our stopping point of halfway home from Destin, Florida, the couple days we stayed there, were more enjoyable than the entire week in Destin. And Norris dam was a great place to visit. I would definitely recommend this hotel. And again, Greg, at front desk, was top notch!

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like besides the leaving!

Spacious lobby and dining area, availability of snacks and meals for purchase. The Christmas tree decorated with American flags in the lobby in late May is a nice touch of randomness.

The quiche at breakfast was a whole new take on quiche. More of a biscuit. But the kitchen staff was friendly and answered my questions about what sort of meat was in the sausages. Signage would help. I had a hard time finding the hot water for tea. And it wasn't very hot. And..why don't hotel bathrooms have towel racks?

Breakfast was ok. I was hoping for more fresh fruit options

The breakfast was great and both days I was there, the breakfast options were fully stocked. The location was also really good. It was close to the highway but not too close that it was noisy in the room. The location had the following less than 1 minute away when driving: sonic, mcdonalds, dollar tree, walmart, dunkin donuts, taco bell, and a gas station!

The only downside was that the shower door was kinda leaky so we had to clean up water off the floor after a shower, but it's not really that big a deal since most glass shower doors are like that (at least in my experience). Also the AC unit was able to be controlled really well but if you like to feel moving air on you when sleeping, you'll have to sleep with your head at the foot of the bed. Despite this though, the AC let us put it down to 60 degrees with the fan constantly on high.

The breakfast was standard hotel buffet breakfast. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I like the touch of seasonal decorating of the lobby and eating area. I like the convenience of the lobby, charge stations, dining all in open area. The shades in the room are printed scenes which gives a bit of coziness to the room. We always stay here when visiting my sister. Parking is good, and well lit which was nice when I solo travelled. The beds were comfortable. I liked the large shower in the bathroom. I like the greeting on the tv when you got to your room.

I have a cpap, and a right side of the bed sleeper. The nightstand on that side was smaller and a different style. The plug-in was further away on the wall. That’s all I have to grumble about, but it’s minor, just when you are an older Traveller and tired, anything can be a minor inconvenience and really I adjusted by the next night.

Location is accessible to interstate, downtown, restaurants, and shopping. The breakfast was better than expected, staff is top notch, and you can tell cleanliness is a priority here.

The king bed and pillows were too soft for me, but i know that's a matter of preference.

Convenient location just outside of Knoxville area. Location felt safe, clean rooms, very kind and professional staff. Plenty of fast food options and Walmart near by. Would absolutely recommend as the #1 choice of hotels off exit 122

The place was decorated for Christmas so beautifully, with so much great detail, a tree on each floor and even the breakfast area was decorated. The whole hotel smelled like Christmas. It was very homey. Staff were friendly and everything was very clean.

Walked in room the light as you walk in did not come on, and light beside bed as well. The room was so hot. Called front desk she said she would check the breakers. The lights did come on and front desk called and asked if they came on I said yes and thanked her.

Front desk manager Taylor was great! I had a special request of feather free room and it was taken care of before I got there. I think this is the first time in all my years of travelling that this taken care of ahead of time.

Breakfast - Not a fan of bright red and yellow potatoes. Also, there was only 1 sausage when I went to eat and they were not replenished during my time eating. Also, I am not a fan of the pink and blue sweeteners. I prefer yellow.
