Excellent location: when we arrived in Aberdeen we discovered that the appartment is located very close to almost all the important objectives in the city. The apartment is comfortable and well equiped and spacious enough. Easy contactless check-in. The host was very-very helpful all the time.

Considering the fact that we are form a region where in June is a nice and warm weather, the temperature inside was too low for us. Even though the host did the best to ensure us the thermal comfort, I think that this was the maximum performance of the heating system. Anyway, this was the only „inconvenience”, but, as I said, it might be just our perception.

Staff were fantastic - very flexible for our late night arrival and very knowledgeable about local parking, etc. Very prompt responses. Location was excellent - basically on the doorstep of the local high street/city centre! Very comfortable & spacious apartment, comfy beds, great kitchen & plenty of little goodies like tea/coffee/cereal, etc.

Not a complaint but just for awareness of other customers - our apartment was on the top floor (which we loved) however it was only accessible by narrow, steep stairs. Shortly before our stay (and months after booking) one member of our party developed health issues - the stairs were therefore a little bit inconvenient however it didn’t prevent us from enjoying our stay. Perhaps best to book in advance/contact the property if you have any accessibility issues as they were very accommodating!

I am usually in Aberdeen on two or three occasions each year. It is always for work and my work takes place at the Court area of the city. I have stayed in a few of these serviced apartments and this is the best. The code provision for the building and flat mean you don't have keys to worry about. The flat is a good size, with a separate bedroom. There are good facilities in the flat. The provision of cereal, milk, coffee etc is a nice touch.

Pretty much nothing. If booking here then note the code for the flat door has to be entered into a little keypad on the door handle. I couldn't see it but a quick phone call resolved the issue. The toilet seat needs a bit of attention but that is nitpicking.

Self Check in was effortless and very smooth. The apartment Was very warm and clean With plenty space once inside the apartment. The kitchen was well organised also with cleaning products, tea, coffee, sugar and milk. The bathroom had a bath and a shower over the bath which suited everyone very well. Toiletries and plenty toilet roll were also supplied. The double bed in the bedroom was very comfortable for my daughter and grand daughter. Thank you for the cot also! The neighbouring guests were very considerate of their neighbouring guests and noise was minimum. Also helped by the extra glazing on the properties windows 👌. I also liked that we could sign into our Netflix in the evenings. We felt very safe in the apartment (2 ladies with a toddler). We would definitely return and if needing two double beds, we would book the two bedroom flat. I should say that the flat is minutes away from every service you could possibly need and the bus links are also very close by. We walked up to the flat from the train station with pram, luggage etc and it was no bother at all.

I m sorry to say that the Sofa bed was uncomfortable as 3 seperate sections that you can feel badly on your body when trying to sleep. A simple solution - I have the same sofa at home on top of which I put a folding mattress to disguise the joins…. Otherwise the flat was perfect for our two day stay.

Convenient location - 10 minute walk from bud and rail station. Even with heavy luggage my wife and I made the trek on foot. If it’s raining , take a cab. Lots of restaurants and grocery store and attractions close by. Clean apartment and well laid out. They even had coffee and a small selection of cereals for us. Kitchen was great and well laid out.

Bed wasn’t the most comfortable one we have had and the staircase is rounded and narrow so carrying large suitcases up is a bit daunting so be careful. We arrived about 3 hrs before checkin and asked if we could get in the place early. That’s couldn’t be accommodated because it wasn’t clean but we were able to store our luggage at reception for a couple hours while we went and had lunch so no big deal. Mgmt answered my questions promptly and professionally…we appreciate that.

The room was perfect for five people. Although the room was on the second floor with no lift, it had all the facilities for a comfortable stay. Everything, from the rooms to the toilet, was neat and clean. The linens and towels were crisp and fresh. The kitchen was equipped for basic cooking, and the pint of milk in the fridge proved really handy. Overall, I would recommend this for a family of 5–6 members looking for a weekend getaway in Aberdeen.

The location is right in the centre, so parking can be difficult at times. Also, the maps don't show the location accurately, so a bigger board with the flat name would have been better.

Location was perfect, size was good for a family of six. It was desently clean and had everything you'd need (a full kitchen, fridge, freezer, sofa, dining table etc)

We never got a breakfast basket. They never changed our towels. We only got one bath towel each the day we arrived and we stayed 4 nights. We asked for an extra duvet but never got that. There was no cleaning service or trash pick up. You could feel the springs in the mattress

Great location, the property was very modern and had everything we needed! Bed was comfy and very good facilities. Would stay again for sure!

We didn’t get any house keeping ( we only would have got it on the Friday as no house keeping on weekend ) although we phoned the number and he came with fresh towels very quickly. Would have been better if there was cleaning products left to give surfaces a wipe over / a brush for sweeping the floor / bin bags for rubbish. Didn’t feel like I could leave the property as clean as I would have liked due to this.

A super little studio apartment, perfect for two adults and teenager on sofa bed. Super location, all we needed for a week's stay in the city. TV and kitchen facilities are good. Milk carton in fridge on arrival a nice touch, thank you. I called the host in advance for a couple of questions and he was very helpful, friendly and made everything easy.

Some investment touches here and there would bring it up even more - bathroom is a little tired with an awkwardly fitted toilet seat. Toaster catch is temperamental in the kitchen.

Spotless apartment and well-sized kitchen area. The cot we'd requested didn't really fit in the bedroom so I requested bedding for the sofa bed (as I wanted the baby to sleep close to me) and this was provided no problem. Very close to Union Street but was quiet. Decent instructions for finding parking.

The pillows were a little hard and the sharp knives were blunt (to be expected in any holiday apartment, really), but that's all!
