Convenient location, good size room, good breakfast, thermal pools on site. Staff were kind and friendly

Room is nothing special, basic and functional but as it’s budget priced it’s not a complaint. Would love a fridge in the room

Property was great with excellent views of the Arenal Volcano Did not see much maintenance of grounds happening, in fact we had to call to have a dead mouse removed from the cold pool. I think if they monitor a little more it would help However when we first arrived to check in, after a long drive, we arrived to a power outage affecting the hotel. The staff did not try very hard to encourage us to stay, they actually suggested other hotels that were at least 5 times the price! That was discouraging to say the least! Luckily as we stood there trying to figure out what to do for our group of 8, power suddenly returned! The only other non impressive aspect was the breakfast! It is a little lacking! Overall still worth what we paid!

Amazing hotsprings. 5 pools with various temperatures. So welcoming staff. The one lady in the reception was always helpful in everything from getting taxis and transportation to drying our clothes. Good breakfast and bar menu. Good for birdwatching, we saw toucans, hummingbirds, turkeys and motmots from the pool.

The location is not the most central. The room was very basic, but with all necessities as a fridge and air conditioner.

Simple hotel with the nice view on Volcano, clean and beautifull grounds. Hot springs- very relaxing. Decent breakfast, convinient bar service.

The rooms are little outdated. The hot water shower head is tricky to use, one day we had to take a cold shower, the next day it worked.

Not much I didn’t like but since you asked…. more comfy chairs by the pool would be great and the hot water in our shower wasn’t always working (no big deal as it was warm and the pools are very warm). A place to dry clothing would be a nice bonus.

The perfect place to cozy up for a few nights while seeing all that La Fortuna has to offer. The complimentary breakfasts were authentic & great, the staff was absolutely amazing and always on site if needed. They all spoke good English too for folks who are traveling from English speaking countries. The only thing I would do differently next time is call the hotel directly to reserve - to avoid booking.com fees (around $50 extra)

This is an old facility and needs updating, shower was not working properly, and also cleaning needs more attention

Beautiful thermal pools, very friendly stuff, especially the young guy at the front desk was attentive to our needs

The shower looked a little dodgy and should be replaced. Overall a renovation would help the rooms to be more attractive. Aside from that everything worked well.

The spa baths are excellent - 4 different types, all meticulously cleaned and most refilled fresh each day. They really are lovely and you can spend a whole day just relaxing in them. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was generous. The location was a short uber from the town of La Fortuna.

It is a quite nice hotel outside of all noise with own beautiful hot spring pool and territory. Big rooms and friendly staff, good breakfast and nice facility.

It would be great to have a newer washroom.
