Warm welcome on arrival and owners available for to help when needed. Street permit for parking offered to me as soon as as I arrived. Room perfect for single traveller. Very close to sea front for promenade but quiet street. Easily walkable into town and felt safe. Breakfast delicious and very generous portions and good choice. Room had microwave and fridge (with fresh milk and water) and tasteful mugs with hot chocolate and biscuits in addition to plentiful coffee/tea. All nice wee touches. Place felt cared for and welcoming.

Wee loved the little fridge wee had in our room with the fresh milk and fresh bottle water nice fluffy towels great electric shower, liked the shampoo, conditioner shower gel etc in pump bottles they were nice, great to have a microwave nice touch but didn't use., hot chocolate and the foxes biscuits even left small orange chocolates which was lovely touch,

The bathroom was abit small but managed when i was in there.

Met warmly at door by host. Beautiful room, cosy armchairs and comfy bed. Funky wooden chair in bathroom. Wide selection of coffee/tea/choc/ biscuits & pretty mugs. Quick response to email queries by host pre-stay on how to get there. & they booked our early-morning cab to the airport for us. Very close to beach n short walk to town. The whole street was also very attractive.

Found the room a little cold when we got back from dinner & couldn't figure out the heating (being from Asia & not used to heaters!) We didnt want to want to bother the hosts so late so just jumped under the covers and were soon toasty! Our stay was too short to enjoy this place fully & we left before breakfast time so didnt get to savour it - not the fault of the accommodation at all.

Beautiful spacious room and bathroom. Fantastic location close to beach and amenities. Lots of little extras such as lovely shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Also fresh milk for tea and coffee. Coffee machine also in room and lots of top up tea, sugar and instant coffee in hallway outside room. Comfy bed and lovely white fresh bed linen. Would definitely recommend this beautiful, well presented B&B.

The B&B is extremely conveniently located at walking distance from Ayr Bus Station (the easiest way to reach this town, now that the train station is disrupted) and from the seaside. The comfort of the bedding was a pleasant surprise: those mattress and pillows ensured many nights of excellent sleep. Cleanliness at top level, shower and toilet with very nice complimentary products. Delicious breakfast, very helpful and friendly staff.

The only point that presents room for improvement is the WiFi: not super reliable at times.

Breakfast was amazing fantastic choices served promptly and piping hot Room was spotlessly clean also included fridge, microwave and safety deposit box Milk was in fridge along with bottled water on our arrival tea /coffee selection was excellent and most welcome just what was needed after our 70 mile drive This was our second stay in this property looking forward to the third it’s also well placed for all main attractions within Ayr.Thanks Julie and Wilson for making us most welcome and helping out with anything we needed to know.

Breakfast was really delicious: Fruits, jams, Nutella, cheese, full Scottish, milk, orange juice, tea coffee etc. The breakfast system with pre-ordering worked really well. There was fresh milk, hot chocolate, tea, coffee in the room and microwave with fridge too. The staff was kind and helpful. The whole building is amazingly clean. The sea is 2 minutes away. Renaldos's Italian Ice cream Shop is 5 minutes away with more than 25 different tastes.

Beds are small and not comfy. The garden view is rather roof view, but it was not a big deal.

Hosts were brilliant and friendly and couldn't have made us more welcome. Superb! Our room had everything we needed in it, and was most comfortable and perfect for us both. 🌟 Breakfast was fantastic, such a great choice of options for all types of people. Great value! We spent several nights here and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves very much. It's a perfect wee spot, on street parking outside put me at ease. Thank you to the hosts, very much appreciated! We will definitely be back!

There was nothing we didn't like. We enjoyed our stay very much indeed.
