We had the best stay here just for one night. We took out two dogs with us and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are a generous size and beautifully clean. I hate hotel beds and pillows as they make my bad back really sore. My partner and I woke up this morning very surprised that neither of us were in pain or stiff. We went for breakfast at 9 and again se had no complaints. As continental breakfasts go it’s right up there with some of the best we’ve ever had. Lots of choice. We have been so impressed that we’ve booked again for next month. And we will continue to do so. When you have dogs it’s so important that they settle away from home. And they had no problem doing that at all. There’s a wood just a 5 min walk from the accommodation so very suitable to take your dogs with you. The staff have been super accommodating. The lady on reception was so lovely and happily booked us back in again for next month. The lady who does breakfasts and cleans is a lovely lady too. 100% we would recommend this venue to stay at.

Excellent value for money. Clean room with everything you need for a base if you are out all day as we were. Good continental breakfast included and an excellent cafe on site if you want a more substantial breakfast or takeaway lunch. Staff were very nice and the Sky Lodge is a central base for visiting Perthshire and Fife. There are no restaurants on site but there are a number of good ones in Scone for evening meals just a few minutes drive away.Rooms have a good shower,t.v. and tea and coffee.

Nothing. If you just want a basic clean room with a comfortable bed and good shower it's hard to beat.

hotel is located in a very quiet area. Near a small aircraft training center, check-in was very smooth. The staff were really wonderful. The room was large and set up in a large, organized chalet. Everything was neat and tidy. There was a kettle, tea, coffee, and biscuits. The hospitality was excellent. The bedding was clean and there were plenty of towels. The Wi-Fi was strong and there was a large parking area. The bathroom was clean and large.

Unfortunately, breakfast was very simple and didn't have many options. It didn't contain any vegetables, eggs, or beans. Just oatmeal, cereal, one or two types of cheese, tea, orange juice, butter, jam, and toast. It didn't meet our needs. The bathroom also only had toilet paper, no shampoo or bath supplies.

Comfortable, private, plenty of parking, everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable. There were plenty of towels and a heated towel rack. The staff were excellent and helpful. This was a return trip for us.

There was no shelf or rack in the shower which meant hair shampoo etc had to be put on the shower base. The water supply was lovely and hot but kept fading to colder whilst using the shower. Whilst we love the ‘no cleaning unless you ask for it policy’ it meant we ended up with an overflowing bin and no tea or milk. It appears you can top up consumables from the breakfast room when you get breakfast but we don’t eat breakfast so didn’t know this. Perhaps a note on the tea station in the room would be useful. Although when we asked reception about this is was immediately rectified - excellent service.

Tbh for the price wasn’t expecting much. However room was spot on and bit more spacious than a premier inn room. Receptionist very friendly and helpful when I had slight problem locking my door. She showed me as locks from inside which is bit confusing even with the instruction on door. Explained did struggle with lock getting in was dodgy key but quickly swapped no further struggle. She also recommended pub down the road for dinner instead of the one I said I was going to go. Explained get discount if mention you staying at this property which I did not mention because food was delicious and worth every penny. Rooms can be slightly noisy with doors slamming and can hear people walking down corridor however for the price I’ll put up with that!

Water pressure in shower but that a minor niggle

This is about our fourth or fifth stay at Sky lodge, which is become our "go to" overnight stop during an onward journey. The rooms are laid out in a style of some of the larger motel/hotel chains, which is great. Reasonably sized rooms with a nice and well-equipped bathroom. Location is lovely and quiet. Inclusion of a self-service breakfast, which is contained in its own facility is a superb.

The door lock is a little confusing to operate, although we worked it out once advice from reception was sought. But still think the door locking systems in these rooms need modernising. Breakfast this time was a little disappointing as the bread and croissants were a little stale.

Straightforward check-in process, reception staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Very acceptable for our overnight stay en route home following our flight into Glasgow. Room was very clean and had good tray and kettle etc. Breakfast room in another building was well stocked with hot and cold drinks, bread, pastries etc with staff servicing coffee maker etc. Very easy onsite car parking at no additional cost. The site was very quiet and restful.We were given a discount voucher for Brown and Blacks, under five minutes drive away on edge of Scone. Fantastic, innovative exceptionally well presented food! The staff were also very friendly and professional.

This was our third visit in five years as we use it for an overnight stop to break a long journey to relatives in North of Scotland. Really spacious room with facilities that rival some of the established chains like Travelodge and Premiere Inn. The bed was comfy. Toiletry facilities are great with a bath as well. Breakfast facilities are super as you simply go to a separate building where there is plenty of seating and a myriad of options for

Room was a bit cold on the initial entry but soon warmed up once we put the heating on. so just a minor point. Opening the room door from the outside is a bit fiddly and confusing. This could do with updating to a more modern electronic passkey entry system perhaps?

Ample parking on site security very large ensuite rooms excellent tv and Internet service powerfully shower ( and a tub rare these days) exceptionally clean don't get me wrong this is a basic accommodation with no frills but if looking for a decent room while in area on business or for a few days while getting a new bathroom like us you can pay 3 times the price for a lesser room with pretty wallpaper and associated tat , would definitely use again and recommend to friends

Not a fan of continental breakfasts though the skylodge provided ample options freshly restocked regularly, that said there is an excellent cafe at the airport that offers all breakfast options and is less than 2 mins walk

Very nice place, quiet (don't worry that it says it's Airpoirt), clean, free wifi with no limit (not very strong signal, but good enough), a lot of places to visit in 1 hour driving time radius so great place for those, who like us, want a hotel in the middle of area with some historical/natural places to visit. Highly recommend as you probably will not find any cheaper place but the comfort is not worse than in those more expensive. Breakfast was included in the price, even though we didn't know about it prior to visit, so it was nice surprise. I can't tell what it was as never used it (I don't eat breakfasts) but I think it is worth to mention.

No toiletries in the room, only little soap bar, but this was not a big issue for me, I have always my hair products with me so just needed to buy some shower gel. It's not a big problem but could be noticed while you book, because most of people expect some toiletries in the room and don't bring their own.
