It was a lovely stay. The street was quite quiet, and our room was a garden view, which was relaxing. There are plenty of cafes, bars, restaurants in the area. It's a 15-20 minute walk to the river (downhill), and it was easy to get to places of interest. Staff were helpful on suggestions for where to eat, and routes to get to various places. The rooms, as we knew, are not particularly big (normal for Porto), but the big windows and balcony make it nice and bright, and more spacious. Breakfast was great - a nice choice of yoghurts, fresh fruits, croissants, little rolls and excellent bread. We really liked that the coffee machine and tea making bit were left available throughout the day. The Bolhao market nearby is worth a visit.

The service was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. It was clear that the team put a lot of effort into ensuring every guest had a great experience. From the minute we arrived, we felt welcomed and like at home. The staff at the hotel are exceptional. Starting with Migel, who explained everything on our arrival, and Isabela at the breakfast, who is absolutely fenomenal. The breakfast is very nice, everything is fresh. Because it is a boutique hotel, you really feel like at home, during the day the kitchen is open and you can get coffee, water and tea, free of charge. Not many hotels offer this. In general, we highly recommend this hotel as its customer service is amazing. Loved Porto because we loved it here also.

The staff was incredible: all of them multilingual, polite, patient and attentive - trying to make my stay the best possible after a flight cancellation. The location is perfect, quite street centrally located. The breakfast was also amazing, not too big but very refined with lots of options. Bed linen was comfy and internet stable. As for the hotel itself the pictures don’t do it justice: it’s remarkably well designed and peaceful. And the room was cutely decorated. One of my nicest surprises in my travels. Regretted I could not stay more.

I was not sure about the fact the vanity is in the room rather than a separate bathroom but it gave it charm. Rooms are not big but very comfortable and with great view!

The staff at this hotel were exceptional they were all so friendly and went out of their way to be as helpful as possible. The best staff you could wish for. The breakfast was also exceptional too fantastic choice of delicious healthy food both hot and cold and again the staff and the lady who served us were so kind and helpful. Great location and the rooms though compact were very well designed. Really good that they replaced fresh water every day in the room too.

Perfect location in the middle of the town. Very comfortable beds, super clean. The young people at the reception are very kind and know a lot about Porto. We got so many suggestions!!! We were welcomed with a glass of Porto wine and the breakfast was awesome! Fresh fruit, freshly baked pastries …everything was awesome! The room was small but very fine. The only strange thing is the way the room is organized: sink in the bedroom and two little rooms, one with the toilet and one with the shower, both with light glass doors. There are no hangers inside the little shower room (and probably everything will become wet) so you need to get naked in the bedroom. Nothing dramatic though, and I would definitely come back

A great find. From the street view it is difficult to imagine how great this place is. From the moment we arrived and met with very friendly reception staff our stay was excellent. Our room (in the garden area) was bright, clean and a good size. Bed was super comfortable. Room was very quiet. Breakfast was excellent; again the breakfast host lady was super friendly and welcoming. Location is great, just a very short walk to great restaurants and bars and the main shopping areas. Separate (paid for) car parking is available up the street in an underground car park; 2 minutes walk from the hotel.

So much about this hotel made our stay in Porto a memorable one. Outstanding staff and service; friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful, theyre a real asset to the establishment. Excellent breakfast with so many options. Clearly lots of preparation and attention paid to make a plentiful and rewarding experience. Superb location that's a ten minute downhill walk to the old town, bridge and river, with all the area has to offer. Really comfortable and spacious room with a well appointed bathroom. Great value for money, we'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city. Thank you!!

Ideal location in the old town part of Porto. Everything is on walking distance and still in a quiet part. We took the room at the garden side where it is very quiet. All the staff is top! Nice, friendly and very helpful. You feel yourself ditectly welcomed. Also the breakfast is fantastic! A lot of choice and again very friendly service. The good thing is also that this is not a big hotel. It gives you a kind of informal feeling like you know the staff alteady for years

This is wonderfully situated hotel, just minutes away from the shopping street and numerous cafes, 10 min from the central train station. But what I liked the most was the quiet and comfort, beautiful room situated within a little garden. The breakfast was excellent, with selection of high quality ingredients, and Maria, the receptionist was exceptionally helpful in pointing me in different directions and organising taxi. I loved the comfort, the feel and exceptional value for money.
