The hotel was very nice, room was spacious and clean, the air conditioning was also very good and kept the room cool as it was very hot due to being summer. The staff were very friendly and kind, check in was quick and easy. The bed was big enough for a family of two adults and a child and was comfortable. It was around an hour away from the airport and about half an hour from the center so planning is essential to be on the correct trains. Otherwise stay was very good.

Not so much an issue but we couldn't connect the TV and all the channels were in Italian so couldn't watch it. Also we were charged €42 in city tax for 3 nights which we weren't made aware of so next time being informed beforehand would be useful.

The hotel stunned us. we have stayed in five star hotels too. I have stayed in great hotels in over 50 countries. But in terms of cleanliness, I would say this hotel beats most of them. Very clean, welcoming atmosphere at the reception with welcome drinks, coffee, croissants, etc. spacious room for three of us, very clean and branded towels, plenty of them, disposable sleepers, minibar full, well priced, good AC (outside temp was 38 degrees C). Jacuzzi shower, good force of water. Pics on booking.com meets the reality. Most importantly, underground, covered parking at affordable price. Staff very helpful. Reasonable pricing. we wanted to even extend our stay but unfortunately it wasnt available.

I had a genuinely pleasant stay at Agape Hotel (AA Hotels) and would happily recommend it to both families and solo travelers looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great service at a fair price. Cleanliness & Comfort: The hotel is very well-maintained — rooms were spotless, beds were fresh and neatly made, and the bathroom was clean and in excellent condition. Everything felt hygienic and thoughtfully arranged, which gave us a strong sense of comfort throughout the stay. Value for Money: In terms of facilities and amenities, this hotel offers great value for money. It delivers exactly what it promises — reliable quality at an affordable price point, without cutting corners on service or cleanliness. Breakfast Experience: The breakfast was outstanding and deserves special praise. There was a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, and the addition of a fresh orange juice extractor was a delightful touch — you don’t see that often in hotels at this level. The coffee was excellent, with a deep, rich flavour that made mornings even better. The service at breakfast was absolutely top-notch — I’d rate it 200% if I could. A special thank you to the dining manager and staff, who went out of their way to ensure guests were looked after and everything ran smoothly. Their attentiveness and friendliness truly made a difference.

Suggestion for Improvement: The only area that could use improvement is in food separation and handling. I noticed that some guests were using the same cutlery for both meat and vegetable/egg options, leading to cross-contamination. As someone who is very particular about this — and with a daughter who is a strict vegetarian — this was a bit of a concern. A simple fix like separate serving utensils and clearer labeling would go a long way in making the buffet more inclusive for everyone. stay here again.

Ok, its not the hote you would dream of in Italy, anyway, those hotels are so much more expensive! This hotel is very ok! Its not in the centre, but its very near the metro station (200m)! Its not the luxury hotel but its nice, clean, with comfortable beds, everything you need in a city hotel stay. We didn't have breakfast here so I cant rate. Staff were welcoming, room was make everyday. Firstly we wished to have hotel closer to the centre, but we got used to it:). Its fine hotel for that price, comparing other possibilities. Would we come back to this hotel again? Probably yes.

There was a new building construction site next to the hotel which woke us up every morning, hammer hitting some metal sheet is not a pleasure BUT! its not the hotel problem, and when you come to the hotel, works will be probably done:). Except this, we were please with the hotel.

Everything was perfect during my stay at this hotel. The room was really comfortable and perfect clean. Hotel is near to metro, two minutes by foot. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety. The hotel staff was very friendly and respective. Bishoy at the reception was really approachable, caring and ready to offer assistance. High standards of professionalism to this hotel.

We had an emergency and needed to access our room before the usual check-in time, and they went above and beyond to help us. The location is also great, just a short walk from the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. Another bonus was the on-site parking, which added to the convenience. For the quality of service and comfort provided, the price was very reasonable, making it a great value. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would definitely recommend Agape Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Milano.

If we had to mention a couple of small things, the pillows were a bit too flat for our preference, and the room could have been better insulated, as we could hear some noise from outside. However, these were minor details that didn’t take away from our overall great experience. For the quality of service and comfort provided, the price was very reasonable, making it a great value.

Very nice and modern building with comfortable and well equipped rooms including air conditioning. Breakfast was great and staff super friendly and helpful. Very convenient it had a dedicated parking lot for a decent daily fee. Metro stop just a few meters away.

The area around the hotel is not very appealing but we spent much of our time in downtown Milano.

The room was a bit narrow for a family of 4. The double bed was very comfortable but the single beds were not that comfortable. Not a lot of room space if you have 4 suitcases lying in the room. Bathroom was good.

Staff is very friendly. The hotel has a parking garage and is just 5min walk to the subway station, so you can reach the city center fast and conveniently. There are a few restaurants nearby

Breakfast could be better. Also the hotel is not really accessible, there are a few steps right at the entrance so this might be an issue

It’s a good hotel, close to the M2 line /Crescenzago stop/. The room was not too big for four person, but we were’nt be at the hotel during the day, so it was ok. The breakfast was good and enought, there were fresh juices, fruits, croassants, breds, and for the kids, you can make fresh american pancake. We stay there 2 nights, on the day of our departure, due to the early departure, we received a packed breakfast, which is a big bonus for the hotel.

The walls are too thin, if the neighbor flushed the toilet it could be very quiet, this can be a bit disturbing.
