This is a beautiful unit with very comfortable bedding and a great layout for our extended family catch up. Wallsend is central to what we were doing so a perfect location. Despite being on a busy road it was very quiet. We only had an overnight stay but really enjoyed our time.

Unfortunately, we had two important things not working. I am sure these are being addressed and hope they will not impact others. The roller door to the garage had been damaged and so there was limited parking off street, which being busy meant having cars a reasonable walking distance. The ensuite shower was not working, meaning more careful planning to get everyone showered before going to a concert.

Good location if you want to be in the western part of Newcastle, quiet location, 3 bedrooms very convenient for a family and upstairs with the loungeroom downstairs so it feels like a lot of space. Nice wide garage that's easy to fit one car of almost any size in (not height though).

Not the property's fault but roadworks happening on the street make access a little more difficult. Only one car space so others need to find street parking which can be a little tough at times.

Property was maintained well and nice and clean we all had a good nights rest In a quiet area we didn’t hear anyone around Had a big garage to fit the van in Coffee machine was a nice addition great for the early start we appreciate that

There were road works to access the property was very hard to find and we had to make a few giant circles around the block before we found how to access the facility

This is a beautiful place, clean and has everything you need. Great for our party of five adults but would also be good for kids.

The garage parking is very tight, I'd recommend backing down the driveway past the garage and then driving in forwards...very tight to get out otherwise. And for our second car parking was down the street a ways, so that wasn't great.

Everything was spotless. Either that facilities were new, or cleaners did an amazing job. Loved that it had 3 bedrooms with 2 large beds and 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms, 1 extra toilet in laundry room. We as a family of 5 didn’t end up using all the space and beds available. We also got it at such a bargain price, even lower than we had paid for an old motel room that smelled like wet dogs on this same trip.

Sofas were a bit old and cover was peeling.

Comfortable 3 bedroom town house. Quiet, roomy, well applied with all requirements

Currently road works in the street, difficult to access. As the works have been going on for 6 months, would have been nice to be made aware when booking, not on the day we booked

Great location, clean and very comfortable beds. The ducted air conditioning was a godsend during the heat of the day. Will definitely stay here again!

The driveway was tight squeeze and really only suited to small vehicles and we couldn’t find a garage door remote which would’ve been handy.

Secure parking Water pressure All the little things like washing powder and coffee pods Bath was an unexpected surprise we would have loved to have used. Public transport within our walking distance. Loved the pet lizard who seemed to come in and make itself at home. Need its name so noone hurts it. Very quiet from all noise esp road noise.

Back yard not child proof enough for us. Next issue more Newcastle not you but found the public transport a little overwhelming to navigate. Timetables etc. Knowing where the keys are if the rooms get locked by toddlers would be a must for when our kids get older.

Very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a one night stay on our drive up the coast. A short drive from a shopping centre and an 80 metre walk to a lovely little fish and chip shop. Would definitely stay here again.

Driveway was a little narrow and we couldn’t actually park in the garage, but we have a Kluger. We just parked on the street overnight.

It is near the university and surrounding suburbs which was excellent (came to Newcastle to look for accommodation for our son). Beds were very comfortable. Very good value for a fully contained unit. There is a takeaway for breakfast about 850m away. Maybe some cushions on the sofa will make it perfect. Two toilets with showers upstairs and one toilet in the laundry

The colour of the building is a bit different from the pictures. We had to backtrack before we found it. The number lock on the main door didn't work. We had to call reception who gave us a four digit code which was easier to input. (hard to see the colour of the lock). Got three different parcels outside the main door when we were there. The TV downstairs didn't work even though we tried putting new batteries in the remote. (It might be an idea to check the TVs before we check in?)
