Spent six nights at this lovely apart-hotel. Location: Just on the edge of the old town (5-6 min walk to central market) in a not so touristy area (which we prefer). Took subway from airport to Angel Guimera stop then walked less than 5 minutes. 3 grocery stores within 1-2 min walk. We walked everywhere and Valencia is a very walkable city with many great areas to explore. Room: Plenty of space with small balcony to sit on. Cleaned every 3 days and can ask for anything in between. Quiet - never heard any other guests and didn't notice the street noise at night. Coffee pods were provided to get us started - then bought our own. Water refreshed on 3rd day. Kitchen was well stocked with pans, silverware, cups, etc... Staff: Very kind staff with 24 hr reception. Helped book early morning airport taxi at very reasonable rate (15 Euro). Always welcomed us and provided good information.

Small improvement would be a door on the shower. Water always got everywhere.

The service was really great, before arriving they rang me to check if we needed anything else or had questions - I thought that was a nice touch. We travelled over my birthday and they surprised me with a hand written note, wine and chocolate - that was really sweet! Everything was great. If I nitpicked it would be the water pressure but even that wasn't really a problem!

It was absolutely perfect stay! The two of us were staying in a room with two separate beds (they asked us before our stay if we prefer double/twin bed or two separate beds, which I think is pretty cool), we even had sort of a living room area and fully functional kitchen. The apartment was clean, spacious, and in a great location—everything we needed for a comfortable visit to Valencia. Communication with the staff was flawless. They were incredibly responsive and helpful both before and throughout our stay. We truly felt welcomed and taken care of. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Valencia!

Everything was good!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The staff is very friendly, and you can deposit your luggage at any time. If you need extra coffee, toilet paper, or other essentials, you can easily contact them via WhatsApp. The room is quite spacious, and the staff even asked about our bedding preference, preparing two single beds for us. The apartment is very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. We highly recommend this apartment and will definitely stay here again when we visit Valencia!

One minor downside is that it can be a bit noisy from upstairs, as the room insulation isn’t the best. However, overall, we highly recommend this apartment and will definitely stay here again when we visit Valencia!

We loved the stay. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. The apartments were very spacious and well equipped, even the condiments for cooking (pepper, salt, oil) and dish cleaning products. The recommendation of places linked to Stayingvalencia were very helpful and convenient. It's very close to a metro (also direct line to airport) and not far from the city centre.

It was a pity that our two lofts were not closer to each other as we asked during the booking. The sound isolation is bad but luckily the noise was only during the day and we slept well.

Great location in the city center, easy to walk to lots of sights, restaurants, bars and the Central Park in the city. Great staff 24/7 assistance as well and easy parking if you need it in their garage.

Only 2 things that could have improved for us: (1) the Heat/Air conditioning did not allow us to adjust the temperature in our room so we ended up just leaving it off completely since it was winter and (2) the bathroom shower could use updating as it is quite small and did not have any glass door to close so water sprays a bit everywhere behind the shower area. Otherwise the place was perfect and quite a large room and nice kitchen and dining table

Location was ok. The apartment was much better than in the pictures on booking.com Also there was a cleaning service which I don’t think was mentioned in the description.

I selected an apartment for 2 adults and 1 child, as per booking.com suggestion. However when finalizing the booking, the website started to give me warning that the apartment may be small for 3 people and prompted me to rent a significantly more expensive larger apartment. When in the location, I had the opportunity to see the smaller studio apartments and they would have been perfectly ok. Not very honest. In terms of facilities, water in the shower was quite limited.

There is a 24 hour concierge service which was very helpful in advising how to get the train to the beach for example. Our apartment was missing a corkscrew and they found us one quickly. They provided us with a broadband booster for our needs as we wanted to watch netflix on a rainy day. Minded our luggage when we arrived early and left late. Excellent service. The apartments are located near a central train stop for the airport and all points and on the western edge of the old town.

Really the service and facilities were great. We booked with a few days notice as decided to stay on in Valencia, so if anything, would have been great to get it cheaper.

we stayed here for visiting the Las Fallas festival and absolutely loved our stay. The staff are beyond excellent - so very helpful and go over and above to make it a lovely stay. Unfortunately I don't remember their names but all staff manning reception during our stay were just excellent. Excellent location super close to city centre, lots of stores and restaurants around, super well equipped kitchen with very helpful condiments available and pretty much everything was good. Highly recommend. Wish they had more branches in the rest of Spain!

Complimentary birthday bottle of red wine and mini chocs. 24hr helpful reception & left luggage. Big sliding doors leading out to a veranda made the room look bigger. Spacious bathroom. Supermarket, takeaway shop that sells variety hot food, salads, paella (opens 11-4) end of the block, 3 mins away. Buses and metro close too. 20 mins metro to airport, get block of 10 tickets for 11 euros, for bus & metro. Direct bus to Malvareso Beach 40 mins

No draining board for crockery & cutlery. Sockets all squashed up at one end of kitchen. No sliding door between bedroom and kitchen to keep out smell.
