The Altitude Tower is direct Ocean Front. Was not happy at all with my Ocean View offered on this site. Overlooked Resort and pools. No patio furniture. Took over one hour to repair a/c. The next day we upgraded for 100.00 additional per night. We were in heaven. Patio furniture and direct ocean front. Watch whales from your balcony. Made to order breakfast from The Grill. Drinks on the rooftop. Rooftop pool is small and pointless. Should have some shade on rooftop. Chairs were hard to come by at pools. Nice coffee shop. Staff amazing everywhere in Resort. Nice plate sent to my room on my birthday-

Lack of chairs No shade on rooftop, very limited shade at pools. Unless you were upgraded to Altitude, no seating on beach. Should have lounge chairs and umbrellas on beach. Ran out of a few Premium Liquors- Older property, well maintained.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious. 2 pools were always clean.

It wasn’t clear whilst booking that the sea is unswimmable (Although great for surfing judging by the lessons I was able to watch from my balcony). We had to travel 30 minutes by car to get to the nearest beach where the kids could swim in the sea. As a vegan the salad bar was excellent and plentiful but there were several days where that was all I could eat - including the specialty restaurants which did not have an option for me.

It was very beautiful the staff was fairly helpful and I like that they had two adult bar sections.

I didn’t really enjoy the food, I expected more flavor it was just really bland.

The views are very nice, the food is good and the room is comfortable

Clean the beach, tell your staff how to be more kind and helpful, also the personal pool need a little clean. The room was so cold, maybe 22° could be better

The all inclusive resort is wonderful in many respects. We stayed in the Altitude tower and I think that choice elevated (no pun intended) our experience. Guests of the Altitude tower had access to the roof top sky lounge with top shelf liquor options with single and double padded lounges and a private small shallow pool. We enjoyed meeting many of the staff like Enrique at the sky lounge, Pedro and Pablo at the adults only swim up pool bar, Charlie at Rissotto who set up a wonderful private dinner for us on the beach, and Alan who joined us in a game in billiards at Time Out bar. The beach sand and view was amazing. The only negative is the inability to swim here due to the rough ocean waves. That said, the crashing of the waves was especially relaxing at night with our balcony door open (no bugs at this time of year I guess? ). The resort is not in Los Cabos! It’s a 25 minute drive to the nightclubs and places like Cabo Wabo. The rooms in Altitude tower were very nicely appointed with comfortable king beds. All the rooms there were facing the ocean with first floor rooms having private swim-up balconies. I can’t speak for any other buildings or rooms in the resort but my suspicion is that they are not nearly as nice. Spend the extra $$ on Altitude King ocean view room.

The location was not ideal for us. The resort itself was excellent .

Quality of alcohol wasn’t the best, appreciate it is all inclusive so it’s not premium brands but could do with something a bit better than they had Toilet kept blocking If you check in later on the first day you are not able to book a resturant for dinner, I believe late arrival guests should be asked by email to book to make the most of their stay Swimming pools are slightly heated, not so comfortable in February time in the adult pool

Very nice location on the beach front, easy transport from the airport, relaxed a lot during my stay, completely enjoyed the swim out pool of my suite, very much satisfied in our honeymoon!

Some furniture is starting to look old, menu at asian cuisine restaurant was extremely poor, overall limited menu options, almost no meal options for guests with special needs (sugar free, gluten free, vegan, etc) gym equipment definitely needs replacement, every staff person EXPECTS GREAT TIPS FOR EVERYTHING and get rude if they are not tipped

The staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful. Angela was always there to make sure we had everything we needed and to get things repaired when necessary. Pedro at the pool bar always made great drinks and was so friendly.

Some palapas on the beach would have been nice.

The views all around the hotel were beautiful! Our room had an amazing view of the property and there were smiling faces everywhere you went! The weather was perfect and the staff was amazing!

The only complaint I have was the food. It was very average and did not have a ton of options. It felt like the same goods every day served at the buffet and the restaurants did not have a ton to choose from. This would have not been a problem if the food quality was better.

It was clean the food was decent and the staff/service was great!

Our flight was later in the day and we could use the facility but could not eat or drink anything unless we paid a crazy amount more! Had to sit in the lobby with nothing! Pretty sad! Any other place I’ve stayed you can use the facility and still eat and drink until you leave
