The staff were always helpful and cheerful.

Coming from Asia, I’ve no complaints. For a hotel in Canada, we were received in precisely the manner I’d expect. The staff were courteous and always helpful. The food was North American. The cleaning staff were always professional and kept our rooms tidy and well stocked. The exercise equipment was very limited, but it did the job. I wish there had been more to it.

Excellent location, close to restaurants and supermarkets. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfy bed and clean room. Carpet in the room looked tired. USB charging ports were not working but staff at reception lent us a charger. Breakfast was very average. We stayed in corner king suite with balcony, I wouldn’t cal it a balcony. Overall, it was a good stay.

The location was close for taking the Sky Train to the Waterfront and for getting to the airport fairly quickly via the shuttle provided by the hotel.

There were no Wifi login instructions provided (Wifi name and password); instead, you had to sign up to a Marriott Rewards Account to obtain Wifi access.

Staff at check-in and out was friendly and helped us with cab to cruise ship terminal in the morning, was updated to a suite, clean hotel, staff working dining room were very nice. The room at night was very quiet.

There was a strike so the hotel shuttle wasn’t running but we didn’t know so stood outside airport for quite a while. Finally called and was told they had nobody to drive. Spent over 50.00 for an Uber. I was woken up early with the people striking banging pots and chanting.

I like the proximity of the hotel to malls, train station and other centres. My husband and I had walks around these areas and it was such a relief we didn't have to be paying for taxis. We needed to heat our take out meal and we were shocked to get a microwave in our room. Wonderful experience that we look forward to having again.

I didn't like the fact that I couldn't visit the pool area and gym. 🤣

The hotel's location is very convenient. The room is actually two rooms with two king-size beds, separated by a bathroom, making it perfect for families. There are many restaurants and commercial facilities near the hotel.

I like the location, it's easy to locate and has loads of restaurants nearby. It's also a 5 minute walk to the Sky Train. The room was awesome, it was spotless, and very comfortable.

the fan clanked against the housing when it stopped running, so we switched it to stay on all night! gotta be smarter than a fan! rm 605 if you want to get it fixed, can’t sleep with it clanking every 10 minutes
