The size of the unit. Ground floor had outside area. One thing that could improve the unit a list of how to work the oven,also there are a lot of light switches and it took awhile to work out what each one was for.

Rug outdoor smelled of beer.

Very large spacious unit with an amazing view. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Lovely quiet location with a great footpath out the front. Owner spoke to us on the phone and was helpful with the car parking.

well maintained, comfortable apartment that has everything you could possibly need. I was surprised how good this place was, especially for the price. The furnishings were in excellent condition, and of high quality. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, I don’t think I’ve ever been able to say that about a holiday rental before. Lovely spot on the water. We travelled with small kids who were delighted to find a cupboard of books, games, and puzzles. It was spotlessly clean and in excellent condition. The air conditioner worked well and wasn’t noisy (I usually find hotels never maintain these properly).

It’s hard to fault this place. There is a beautiful tree across the road however, it attracts a lot of lorikeets which are incredibly noisy. This is not a problem if you keep the doors/windows closed. The air conditioner is only in the main area but it is large enough to cool the entire place, including the bedrooms (which have ceiling fans as well). For those that need to keep their bedroom doors closed at night, this may be a problem if the weather is very hot. Would have been nice for body soap to be available, and some extra bin liners.

The view from the was apartment was great.

There was no soap for the shower in the main bathroom just some hand soap wash. The toilet paper in the ensuite was very thin and poor quality hence you had to use a lot. Not very nice

Very spacious, ground level great with kids as has a little yard. Had well equipped kitchen/laundry. Plenty of seating options indoor and outside. Kids loved the pool. Secure building and parking.

Was perfect for our family. The kids didn't want to leave.

I was unable to park my Nissan Navara in the underground parking as the number 10 spot was too tight to get my vehicle into. When I made the booking the price was $175 per night but that price was increased to $240 per night. I will never make another booking with Booking.com again.

Fantastic apartment & location. We loved our time there and book this apartment again when travelling to Maroochydore.

Quietness of the location, size and comfort

The underground carpark was not suitable for 4WD's... 2mtrs max height... we don't all drive little hatch backs

The staff, Lorna was very good, the location perfect , peaceful, and nice and clean, would definitely go back

From the advert It appears as if canoying, kayaking and fishing is inclusive with the price since it is ticked with no extra comment, only to realise I had to pay extra, so the kids were disappointed. Would help if you edit that wr need extra amount, to help with planning activities. Otherwise everything else was superb.

Overall great place. Would recommend it to friends and family. Had everything for a family or like myself business trip. Clean tidy. If I need to go back up I will say there again.

All good, just the birds outside very loud and covered my car in bird poo. Would be nice to have a heads up if you park out the front it will happen.
