Ideal location on the Maroochydore River, quiet end of a cul-de-sac. Bus route to the rear. Very roomy and comfortable inside and out. The garden area and al fresco would the best "chill out "zone I've experienced, better than Bali resorts. Included tall tables and bar stools to oversee the river, with bar-b-que and outdoor TV. Comfortable beds. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer provided, TV and air-conditioning

Insufficient bedside lighting to read books. Some ants visible near partially opened bathroom window. Issue with locating key to open front gate and apartment. Text with instructions not received. Apparently, another guest had the wrong key and just happened to be swapping it over on my arrival. Marg cleared it all up in a friendly, efficient manner to gain access to apartment.

we enjoyed the space and outdoor setting, comfortable bed and lounge seats, well equipped kitchen. Likes the location overlooking the river and the pool area.

could have done with body wash, welcome tea coffee pack etc as there was none( arrived late at night), also had to buy a tin opener. Bathroom window didn’t shut which would have helped with traffic noise.

The location was excellent. The apartment is riverfront where there walking paths, BBQs, picnic tables, a river beach with sand for safe swimming for kids. The beds are comfy and the living areas inside and out are very spacious and well appointed. There are fans throughout the apartment however during our stay the ones in the living room and balcony did not work and needed a new battery I suspect. There is a swimming pool in the apartment block which is very nice also. There is also a small group of shops within 5min walk for grocery staples and takeaway if you want something quick. The Thai was reasonable but not fantastic

If the fans had worked it would have been perfect and maybe if the BBQ had been cleaned as well. The location does get mozzies at night but they do supply repellent and candles but no way to light them unless you are smoker ;-). If you park across the road from the apartments (riverside) I warn you not to park you car under the trees as the lorikeets roost there for the night and you may not like the result on your car the next morning. The apartment has undercover parking which is close the the life and the apartment is just outside the life so very convenient. I certainly will be back!

Water views and short drive to shopping centres(Big Top and Sunshine Plaza) and Maroochydore town centre. Quiet and peaceful street. Underground carparking was provided but there was parking right in front of the building, so we parked there. The kitchen was well equipped. There was even salt, pepper and olive oil in the pantry.

There was a mobile contact number provided but they never responded to calls or sms. The lid of the keylock was broken and we were not able to put it back on after picking up the keys. There was no soap, shampoo or tissues provided provided. The spatula for frying was melted and distorted - not good for health.

Beautiful views of the river. Sunny and warm location for a winter trip. We enjoyed sitting on the sunny deck watching life go by. The bedrooms were sunny and had lovely views from bed. Comfortable lounge and great kitchen facilities. The access from the garage was great for my Mum with mobility issues. Easy few steps from the car to the lift, arriving right at the door of the apartment.

Beautiful aspect for the balcony, clean and comfortable. Quiet location with not too many cars on the esplanade. Ideal for sitting across esplanade for lunch of dinner as there were BBQ facilities and seating and fishing.

Small car parking. Directions to obtain keys and car parking needs to be included in description as entrance to parking is off the main road not esplanade.

Great location- easy walk to Ocean st which has multitude of eateries /bars &/or lovely leisurely walk along the river. Lovely views over the river from living & alfresco areas Secure undercover parking Good size rooms

No spare toilet rolls provided Garden was bit overgrown & outside windows/ground needed cleaning Not Advised of checkin procedure until after 2pm despite contacting the relevant person in the morning.

Loved the apartment size ,facilities, and location. It was on a quiet night exit road, with a great sized balcony and view. Although the birds were noisy on sunrise and sunset, the noise was blocked out once we closed the doors. They just add to the personality of the area.

Unable to access the rooftop, although we were happy with our balcony .

The unit was excellent, everything you could need was there. Beds were comfortable, all towels and linen provided. Very clean.

All the tables and chairs were very high, rather uncomfortable for my sister and i, because we are only 5 foot tall and the bbq was filthy

It was very spacious with a huge functional front balcony with outdoor TV and BBQ. There was a quiet road in front of the building then parkland and river. From our ground floor unit we could sit and watch the park and river views. There was a large well equipped kitchen…we felt like we were in our own home.

There was really nothing to dislike
