Location was great, lobby and bar area was lovely and staff were very nice

Poor air con in room made it uncomfortably hot and housekeeping on 2nd day weren’t very thorough cleaning / making up the room

Lovely hotel, everything was really clean and modern. The staff were lovely and helpful. Room had everything- shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body cream, iron and iron board. Stayed with my 11 yo daughter for the Liverpool legends game. Got taxi from outside which was only £8. Great location for docks, also 25 min walk to Lime st station. Paid extra for Albert docks view which was so worth it. Breakfast was lovely and served until 11 on weekend. Check out isn't until 12 too which was good. Already booked to come back next year!

The bed was lovely and so big, my daughter loved it, but it was a little too soft for me.

The hotel is in a good location. The staff are friendly and efficient. The rooms are spacious and clean. the beds are very comfy.

The corridors to the rooms are in need of repair, we stayed on the forth floor and the carpet was threadbear next to the ice machine and shoe polishing machine (both didnt work). There are scuff marks on the walls in the corridors. In one elevators some idiot had written some football solgan on the door which the staff had tried to remove however this has left unsightly scatch marks on the door interior. Both elevators could do with some maintenance as the doors open really slowly. Our bed was comfy however there was no mattress protector between the mattress and the sheet.

We had a great stay here at the Radisson Blu. The staff were extremely attentive throughout our stay and the room was extremely comfortable. We had a great view of the docks and the room was spacious and very clean. The location was good as we were able to get our steps in but it wasn't too far away from the city center. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our stay and will be staying again.

It would have made it easier if the hotel had on site parking. We had to park around a 15 minute walk away as there had been some negative reviews on the NCP parking, which was closer to the hotel.

The room was big with a comfortable bed and tea and coffee making facilities. The cleaning staff were very thorough. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice of hot and cold dishes. The food in the White Bar was very good and was served promptly. There was a good choice of food on their menu. It is a really nice touch to have water, fruit and sweets available without charge in the reception area.

We were surprised that there was no fridge in the room. However the staff at reception were helpful because one of us needed to store medication in the fridge. We had thought there was a swimming pool in the hotel and were surprised and disappointed to find out it had been recently closed. It might be a good idea to have a dining area within the White Bar area where you can dine without sitting on low chairs.

Good location, 10 mins walk from city center and 1 hr walk to Anfield stadium. SPA center on facility. Comfortable rooms furbished in Radisson style. Great english breakfast.

SPA working hours are not really convenient, open 8:00 closes at 07:30 pm. Normally day time I'm away and chilling in SPA just before going to bed. So you need to plan to go there sometime during a day. However this is quite subjective since someone may prefer different SPA timing. Windows are quite small, especially taking into UK often cloudy weather room natural lighting is quire poor

The hotel was lovely and clean, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast had a lot of different options, we opted for the cooked buffet breakfast, everything was really nice and always plenty there. The location of the hotel was great, we booked for a concert in the olympia, it was walking distance from the hotel aswell as lime Street station and the centre. The spa facilities was included in the price, there was also no booking for this during the stay so we were able to go whenever we wanted.

The jacuzzi wasn't working when we were there but that was the only thing I didn't like about our stay. Would defo return though.

We liked the room. Bed was comfortable. It was quiet and no outside noise. Everything was spotless. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, water temperature could have been warmer though. Decent selection at breakfast. Really tasty apple juice and tasty bacon and scrambled eggs. We booked on a specially good price so it was great for what we paid.

The breakfast could have been warmer. We arrived just before 9.30 and everything but the beans was cold. Tasty, but cold. Coffee wasn't great from the machine. Sausages also weren't great. The pool room could do with someone to check on it more frequently. This hotel is not worth the higher prices charged at peak times.

Room rate was very good value for money. Especially as it included the excellent breakfast. The room was a good size and the large TV was appreciated. Shower was good (both water pressure and the temperature) and there was plenty of storage plus a comfy arm chair in the room.

I found the mattresses and the pillows were too soft and there were no extra pillows provided. While multiple TV channels were available, there were many Freeview channels that were not. Also, the small step up into the bathroom could have easily caused a trip or toe stubbing injury. Maybe this feature could be highlighted on the bathroom door?

The hotel was in a quiet location, yet within walking distance to the city sights and attractions. The room was pleasant, a good size, a great temperature, had spacious bathroom, comfortable beds, good size TV and most importantly a kettle. The White Bar was great to sit in the evening and chat with family and friends and wasn't too expensive.

The sofa in the lobby/bar area was grubby, stained and not very comfortable when sitting, drinking from the bar and chatting with friends. The lack of information for a Vegan breakfast was disappointing and therefore we declined the option. It would have been great if staff had mentioned that the 'Western Approaches Museum' and the City 'Hop On/Hop Off' Stop were at the bottom of the road. The taxi request was awkward as we were a party of 5 with cases and they could not accommodate us.
