Excellent location in the old town, pedestrianised area. Close to excellent locations & restaurants. The room we selected was spacious & luxurious.

No clear signage on the door or entrance. We walked past the hotel to & fro before we were directed by guests living there.

The location was amazing, about 2 min walk from the main square, 10 min walk from a big shopping mall. The staff were really nice and helpful. The room was really spacious, luxurious design and quiet even though we were on a main tourist area. They offer free coffee and croissants from 16:00. We liked being there.

To be honest, I don’t think it is worth the price they are asking, maybe if they included breakfast, there is no fitness center or pool, only a sauna. The room was cold and heating was off, the air conditioning was only on cooling and even though asking to put on heating on it, they couldn’t for some reason, we put it on 28 but still was cold, That made showering very uncomfortable because the bathroom is an add on to the room and has no ceiling.

Top-quality hotel in every aspect. The rooms are beautifully designed, with elegant decor and superbly comfortable (complementary nespresso for early mornings was much appreciated). What truly sets this place apart, though, is the staff — every single person we interacted with was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and efficient. Their service was flawless throughout our stay. The location is also unbeatable, right in the heart of Kraków Old Town, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Highly recommended!

The location was absolutely perfect, close to everything with a carrefour express just on the other side of the street. The adjacent restaurant served delicious food that I really recommend to try. The room was very good when it came to the soundproofing and the climate, there was no noise at all from outside and the AC kept the room in a comfortable temperature. The staff was very well accommodating, we arrived around 2AM and there was no issue at all to check in with the 24/7 staffed reception.

The WiFi was a bit spotty, got disconnected from time to time in the room which also caused issue with the chromecast.

While we didn't have breakfast, we were able to get wonderful coffee each morning and before our departure in the breakfast area. The staff was always gracious and helpful. We had a service dog with us who was graciously welcomed by the staff. We were in Krakow during perhaps the hottest part of the summer and the air conditioning was perfect! Our room and the hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. The location in the center of the old town was perfect for our visit.

We have nothing bad to say about the hotel, the staff or the hotel location. We plan to stay at the Hotel Unicus Palace on our next visit.

The shower and the bed were great!

We had a Suite which was spacious with a separate lounge room. Room was warm, quiet with electric black out blinds. Hotel is well located just off the main square in the old town. Breakfast we took on 2 of our 6 days there. It is very good, fresh and a varietty of hot and cold buffet or specials such as Omelette or Eggs Benedict made for you from the menu. Liked the internet which is tailored with a code specific to your room. Also plenty of storage in this room. Walk in shower was perfect.

The in room tea/coffee not always fully replenished each day, one day we asked reception for more supplies and they duly obliged but in a hotel of this standard, a few coffee pods shouldn't be a problem. Breakfast, whilst good, is still expensive when you compare it to the array of local options at much lower price. We used the hotel breakfast whe we needed to meet a timetable as more reliable.

I had a lovely room for my short stay, which suited my needs well. The Bathroom was lovely, the Bed was very comfy with the Best pillows I have used for a very long time. Breakfast wasn't included but was well prepared and presented very nicely. They also have a separate al a carte, Egg based menu to choose from. The Staff were very attentive and helpful for each of my requests, from directions to booking tours at short notice. Nothing seemed to phase them as they were knowledgeable and competent with a high degree of professionalism.
