All of the staff were great. From front desk to housekeeping, they were all very friendly and seemed happy to be doing their job. Compared to what I've experienced in other places, it was refreshing. The facilities have been remodeled and are in excellent condition. I was a solo female, but felt very safe & comfortable, and that means a lot.

There is quite a lot of traffic, so turning left just isn't option, and it's just a high traffic area, otherwise there's are a lot of places to ship or eat all around. 8 think having individual coffee in room would be great, but it is offered in lobby.

The location was amazing. Little sketchy at night, but police are around, and many places had security. The room is like the pictures, but ours didn't have a chair. Simple and cozy. The staff was friendly, the housekeeper was adorable, and the front desk lady gave great suggestions for things to do and places to eat.

Soap scum on the bathtub was nauseating, but I didn't notice it until the morning we left. The housekeeper was quick to come mop for us when we noticed dusty floors. Other than that, it was pretty spotless 👌

It was easy to fine. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was friendly and professional. The price for two nights couldn’t be beat. Once in the room it was like the world outside disappeared.

The only thing that bothered me was trying to get in or out of the parking lot during rush hour. The street that it sits on is very busy and Chattanooga drivers are not the best.

We liked how close it was to everything and at the best price. It was clean and comfy. The mirror had a light around it and the bed was comfy. We had enough room for us and our kids. We do use white noise so we can drown out the sounds from outside because it's right off the road so you can hear traffic and people who slam their cars doors at 3 am.

There wasn't anything to be upset over.

Pet friendly is a big thing with us and our pups were welcome. Rooms were clean and everything was in good working order although the building is a little dated the rooms had recently been remodeled and looked great. We were very happy with our accommodations and it was very affordable.

Everything about this hotel is a 10/10 , wifi is perfect especially because im a gamer ( Follow my twitch - xsquiidx27 ) they come by every day to see if u need room service , looks pretty upgraded , same as what the picture shows and cheap

We only stayed overnight but location was good and plenty of places to eat around the area

Staff checking us in put all people side by side although it didn’t look busy! Room next to us were standing outside and staring when we arrived. Proceeded to stay outside and walk past our room until midnight.

Staff was very friendly. They were doing renovations.

The room was weirdly moist. The tub was very deep.

Tight parking spaces for bigger pickup trucks. No biggy. Didn’t have anything bad to say so used this.

Property seemed very clean and newly renovated. Very convenient room design and amenities. Pet friendly with grassy areas.

A lot of traffic can make getting into and out of parking hectic at some times of day.
