The Pullman is a great Hotel in the city centre and I love that you can rent bikes. I did that twice to cycle to work and it was very convenient. The rooms are nice, clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful even though you had to wait for a bit at times as there were some queues.

I would have preferred for the fitness centre to be open earlier. Instead I just ended up going outside for a walk as machines were then occupied. The walk to the 2nd building is quite inconvenient as there is no ramp to pull up the suitcase. It was slightly annoying to have to renew Internet access everyday, I would expect this to stay enabled for the duration of my stay.

The hotel has a great location — just a short walk from the train station and right in the heart of the city center. The room was spacious, with a large and very comfortable bed. I also appreciated the generous selection of toiletries, covering all kinds of needs. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality options to choose from

Unfortunately, the soundproofing could be improved. I could clearly hear footsteps from the room above and noise coming from the parking lot outside, which affected the overall comfort.

Beginning with the staff at the reception, which was amazingly professional and very helpful, we were checked in straight away even if we arrived around 11 in the morning, our room was ready as they did their best to accommodate us knowing that we would arrive earlier. Checked in was smooth and quick. Nappie from the reception was especially very nice and helpful. The room was big, with everything you needed, the pillows were very comfortable. The rainfall shower was amazing, with very good pressure even if we was on the eight floor. Breakfast was very good, with lots of choices, everything was fresh and tasty. But what was really good was the staff serving breakfast. They went above and beyond to please everyone. They made you feel appreciated and valued. Amazing experience, amazing place. I would recommend it. Thank you to everyone who made us feel so good.

The location of the hotel is perfect - close to the town, train station, shops, everything we needed. Staff members were very polite to us every morning which we really appreciated as well as the front desk girl who did put check in and check out. The room was clean, bed was really comfortable and overall I would say that we enjoyed staying at Pullman hotel.

Unfortunately, we didn’t particularly like the breakfast options, there was enough food to choose from but the quality wasn’t the greatest. For example, I tried scrambled eggs and they were tasteless :(.

The heating/temperature control did not work despite the maintenance guy coming to 'fix it'. So it was quite cold until you provided a small blower heater but it was not great. The coffee machine broke on day 1 but that happens and was replaced quickly For the price we paid for a suite over 6 nights I would not expect to feel cold. That was very disappointing

I loved the pool and sauna facilities. There is also infrared sauna and an "experience shower" (with sound, light and nice scents). Breakfast was really good as well and the staff was really friendly and helpful. It's very nice with the espresso machine in the room, and of course there was also tea and a water boiler. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of space in the room including a big entrance and a working space.

It would have been nice if I could get new capsules for the espresso machine by the reception desk, as I had to ask for it three times before it was delivered to my room. (I had opt out of the daily cleaning, (which I think is a great idea!) so didn't get the automatic refill of coffee). Also, there was a long walk to the room, as the stairs/lift is on the opposite side of the entrance.

Someone's ex-moustache was still glued to the shower wall. Bed was okay, but matras may be nearing the end of its lifecycle. For some reason the bathroom was styled as a 'human fish tank', only glass with just one wall (on the public hallway side). Glad I was in the room alone because watching someone on the toilet is not my idea of fun. Rooms are a bit overcharged imo - it's a good room and a pleasant stay but getting out of balance with the price.

I order a taxi 6,15 in the morning for the airport. Somebody forgot about this. We ask again and we got a taxi after 30 minutes. Fortunatly we don't miss the plane. Also we did not like that there was too many guys naked in the sauna. There was a lot of children and girls in the spa area... I also was not confortable about this! A separate sauna for this should be proper.

The room was spacious and the beds were comfy. The swimming and spa area were quiet and clean. Breakfast and the bar food were very good. All staff were incredibly helpful.

Unfortunately, our room was on the first floor and we were woken up at 2am by a group of teenagers on their bikes hanging out at the back of the hotel, talking and shouting at each other. The room was not well insulated from outside noise.
