The Central Plaza was very close to restaurants/cafes within walking distance (two blocks). The Motel was very clean and spacious the staff were very friendly and helpful communication was excellent. The bed was extremely comfortable and great pillows. Really nice place to stay. Room was very quiet considering we were right in front of pool. But if you didn't want to here just needed to shut door. We like this location as only about ten/fifteen minutes to main street or Marina. Overall, would definitely recommend. Pool was clean and good size hot tub was great. Very nice, allocated room and spacious. Everything you needed for kitchen etc.

Nice place in the heart of Port Douglas. Good sized pool that includes a hot SPA and a large bbq. 10 minutes walk to the centre, 5 to Four Mile beach. We stayed in a double bedroom with SPA. Apartment was really spacious and with all the facilities that you might need. Bathrooms are large as well and the balcony is quite nice.

Cleaning was ok but not perfect, especially the floors. Natural light was really missing as the apartment, at least our at ground floor, was quite dark. Needed to turn on the lights almost the whole day.

Location, units and pool facilities were fantastic. Staff were super friendly and more than accommodating, as they went out of their way to help us out on arrival and upon leaving.

Units were great, although the cleaning could have been more thorough on arrival. There was rubbish still in the bins and the base of the bath wasn't all that clean.

We loved staying here. The apartment was so clean and fresh. It had everything we needed and more. The furniture was really lovely and there were so many finishing touches that made it an enjoyable stay. The pool was beautiful and the location to everything was perfect. Easily walk or drive to restaurants and the beach, and really easy to get out for day trips. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was really quiet overnight. We cannot wait to come back!

The size, the decoration and facilities were very good. Spacious and comfortable. Very nice to have a washing machine and a dryer available. Enjoyed the bubble bath 😊 We had a really nice time!

I think it could have been cleaned a bit better before we came in. Some of the lights in various rooms are a little on the very white/bright side. I can understand that in a kitchen, but not in the Living area or at the dinner table. There I would prefer some warmer lights. This is not meant as criticism, but merely as suggestions!

Apartment was clean, pool was great and very close to town. They also had a high chair for our baby which was extremely helpful.

Overall it was excellent. The only thing that would have made our trip a tiny bit better was having access to the second bathroom in the apartment which was locked (along with the 2nd bedroom) as we had only paid for a 1 bedroom apartment. This would have been helpful for when our baby was sleeping but an extremely minor detail and would not stop us from staying there again.

Was only 2 blocks from the main street which meant it was quiet, the rooms were very spacious and comfortable with absolutely everything that you could need from cooking utensils to a fully equipped laundry in the apartment. The pool was massive too. Lovely verandah out the front of the apartment.

If you have lots of luggage or elderly travellers just request the ground floor...only stairs for any higher

Great location close to attractions of Port Douglas including beach, supermarket, retail shops, restaurants and marina. Very friendly staff that provided very useful information when we went on a self drive day trip through the Daintree. Good off street parking, comfortable beds and adequate kitchen facilities for self catering.

Floors didn’t feel super clean but cleanliness adequate.

The location was great, just a short walk to shops and cafes and beach. The pool was lovely and big. Staff were great, when our air conditioning failed it was repaired the next day without a problem.

Only a small matter but it would be nice to have a bit more tableware, plates and cutlery etc. so you don’t have to run the dishwasher until the end of the day.

Location was excellent, only a short walk to town and far enough away to be away from any noise. We were lucky enough to have the pool view unit which was on the ground level overlooking the pool, which was fantastic. We used the BBQ one night, which was great not to have to eat out.
