Very cosy, clean, and close to the surf beach. Friendly staff with recommendations and willingness to help in whatever. Super close to the bus station makes it convenient if you travel between different locations. Plus, for being in a more local neighbourhood. Coffee/tea corner is available all the time within the reception, with some small pastries or fruits during breakfast time.

For people with a need of lot of space, a single room with a covered window can be claustrophobic, but it's just a minor observation. If you want to swim/hang out more in the Concha beach, it's like 25 minut walk through the city

Very comfy bed. Had booked an interior room, it was very quiet. Windows opened onto an inner area meaning there was natural light. Great to have shampoo, body wash and body lotion in bathroom. Great shower. Very clean property, staff very helpful. Nice area at reception to sit. Nespresso coffee, hot water, cold water and a microwave available 24 hour. Lovely to have fruit and pastries in the morning. Location was excellent, 10 minute walk across the bridge to town or there were bars/ restaurants in Gros area too. Bus station was an easy 10 minute walk. Lots of buses nearby to explore outside of San Sebastián. Great little hotel !

We were moved to another hotel as there was an issue with the boiler and no hot water.I give a review to highlight the excellent communication from receptionist which we received via calls,texts before we left Cork airport.Not only were we moved to a lovely hotel in an even more convenient area but she was able to give me bus times from Bilbao airport to San Sebastian which assured us as we were arriving much later than expected.Great customer service.

Very nice hotel. Great staff, who provided lots of information of how to spend our limited time in San Sebastian, including a town map and suggestions. Great suggestions for pintxos too, including a map with a route and food suggestions; saved us plenty of time and helped us to make the most of our time there. They provide coffee, tea, light pastries and fruit in the foyer, which was unexpected and welcome. Our room was small but had everything we needed for the small amount of time we spent in it and was clean and comfortable. The location is good. Just over the bridge from centro. You can walk to everything. Can definitely recommend.

Room quite small however it was a huge bed which was so comfortable and lovely bed sheets , I really noticed how soft ! The complementary coffee, muffins, choco pans, fruit in the reception lounge was a lovely touch ! So central , 7 minute walk from bus & trains . Loads of restaurants and bars and shops close . The staff in this hotel were outstanding , helpful and really looked after us ! Being able to borrow umbrellas was super helpful 🤣☔️☔️

Hotel was fantastic, well exceeded our expectations given it was one of the better priced hotels in the area for our weekend. Nice reception area, good wifi connection, good airconditoning, rooms were nicely decorated with some thoughtful amenities (filled water jug, nice handwritten welcome note with some cookies, bathroom fully stocked with refillable body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and body lotion). Reception also had coffee, fruit and packaged snacks (mini muffins, cookies etc.) that was fantastic! We were also very pleased the hotel was able to loan us beach towels when we forgot ours, staff were very lovely and accomodating.

There was some mould in the ceiling of the bathroom, but it wasnt a problem. The location is a bit out of the old town but only takes 10/15 min to walk and its nice to be out of the busy-ness/noise of the old town, plus we had some great restaurants nearby we otherwise would have never found.

Okako is a hotel located in cross very nice neighborhood. We had a comfortable room with good beds and a good shower with hand soap, hand lotion and shampoo and conditioner very good and nice. The offer tea and coffee for free In the morning there are some fruits and sweetness is an extra service very nice. The staff was very helpful and kind. We go back to Okako for sure

The staff are welcoming and friendly and super helpful We were welcomed with a list of suggestions for tapas and a small explanation of the area, which was very helpful. They helped us park nearby with a discount (so if you drive check first about parking). The room was very pretty and clean. It had Hair dryers and straighteners which is handy. Water and chocolates welcomed us. There's free tea, coffee and fruit downstairs at all times, there's pastries and cookies too in the morning until they run out. the whole hotel is well designed and beautifully decorated. There's a Tv where you can login to Netflix in the room which was a nice touch. The location is a little 15 minute walk from the old center but there's also local bars and restaurants if you don't want to walk and there's a beach on this side too. Very well located.

The sound insulation between rooms could be slightly better, but that's really all.

Boutique style decor, excellent location close to bus station and all the sights, helpful staff. We enjoyed the coffee station, free snacks and sitting area.

Room was small facing the internal courtyard, no view and occasionally could hear noice from other residents. For the price we paid it did not feel good value. Also room lacking in some basics like a safe or fridge. Be aware that reception is manned part time which could impact your ability to leave luggage for late departure although receptionist did try to be flexible so it was ok for us.

Very modern bathroom and shower, lovely bath amenities, best towel warmer ever, fresh jug of water in room, super comfy bed. Location fantastic. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Coffee/tea in lobby excellent. It says it’s a “1 Star” hotel but I think they are kidding- it was better than some 3 star hotels we’ve stayed in

Bright emergency light above door gave too much light at night. But that was all- everything else perfect
