The apartment itself was excellent - well appointed, spotless, spacious, great location, nicely heated for the winter, all necessary tea, coffee etc. quick and easy to contect internet - couldn't be faulted really. A great place to stay.

I have a conundrum here because the apartment itself is great and the website advice does say "floors accessible by stairs only". Correct. What it doesn't say is for apartments 2, 3 and 4 there are 96 steps with 3 coded doors and when you are >65yo and with a 25kg case it is hard work. And every time you go out it is 96 steps down and 96 back up again. Apartments 5 & 6 have even more stairs. The sensor light on the 3rd flight heading up doesn't turn on until nearly at the next landing so you climb in the dark for a while. The TV itself is very good but unfortunately there are no English news programs, specifically BBC World, Sky News, CNN etc. The kitchen clock always showed 5.10! The door to the bathroom is very stiff.

Excellent location for exploring Prague, just off the town square and clock tower. Surprisingly quiet, considering the mass of humanity that flows by during tourist season, due to the spaced double windows. The beds were very comfortable.The apartment feels very spacious and has excellent amenities. We really appreciated the supply of Nespresso capsules and herbal & black tea bags for jump starting the day. The contactless check in went very smoothly. Communication with management was quick and responsive. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

There are a considerable number of stairs to get up to the 3rd level apartments. I would not recommend this for any one with mobility, cardiac or respiratory issues.

Staff was not available onsite, not responsive or informative via messages and did not follow through with questions and requests. There was no elevator, a surprise to us. We needed to climb up 5 long flights with heavy bags, and there was no one to help. Taxi and Uber could not reach the front of the building. We were not informed of this when we emailed the staff about calling a taxi. Messages were not returned until 2 and more days later. Now, after about a week, I am still waiting to receive the receipt I requested. There was no curtain over the bathroom window. There was no air conditioning, but it got cooler in the evening with the windows open, though it may get noisy. Despite all these, it's still a great place to stay, particularly if you have light luggage.

The accommodation is in a very good location, central for everything. It's a large apartment, and everything required for four nights was available. It was clean and warm. The use of a luggage store after check out was handy. There was no blind for the bathroom window, so we had to improvise. The safe wasn't working. I would like to have seen a working smoke alarm somewhere in the apartment (there was a fitting on the kitchen ceiling and assume that's where one once was). We are quite fit, but i think the stairs to the top floor would be an issue for older, less mobile people. Unfortunately, nearby roadworks were noisy from very early in the morning, which is obviously beyond the control of the apartment ownership. The issues are relatively minor in the scheme of things, and we would happily use the apartment again.

Comfortable and convenient to all amenities

32 stairs to climb with heavy luggage a bit of an effort, but very secure.

This was an exceptionally spacious apartment right in the city centre of Prague, very close to the Town Square. The apartment was very well equipped with most amenities, including good Wifi, a washing machine and a good kitchen. The spaciousness was unusual for a central city apartment. The views from the top floor across the rooftops of Prague were unforgettable! The bathroom was also quite spacious.

We arrived at night, and found the directions to the apartment through the maze of streets of inner city Prague to be somewhat tricky. No. 5 Karlovy apartment was located at the top of five floors of steps, a long way up, with no lift. Negotiating these each day we found certainly kept us fit! We are in our 70s, and managed Ok, but it was initially difficult with our luggage. The apartment was warm and clean.

Convenient check-in with key code. Beautiful 2 bedroom penthouse (apartment 6) for whole family of four. Picturesque view to old town. Clean apartment, equipped kitchen, good bathroom. Central location, everything is within walking distance. The apartments are located in top floors and there's no elevator, you get fit in the stairs :D

No air-conditioning, the fans in bedrooms were loud and we had to choose to listen to them or sleep in hot bedrooms. Maybe not worth every euro spent because of that. But if we ever visit Prague again during cooler season and the price for apartment is cheaper, this apartment would be our choice.

A wonderful apartment with a fantastic location—very cozy and spacious. Our windows faced an inner courtyard with a bar and a few shops, but at night the courtyard was closed, and it was completely quiet. Inside, everything we needed was provided—tea, coffee, and kitchenware. The only thing we couldn’t find was a pair of scissors. We also had no trouble finding the entrance to the apartment. The host was always in touch, responded quickly to our questions, and even allowed us to store our luggage after check-out. I highly recommend staying in this apartment! :)

Very centrally located with big spacious rooms. Lovely views of the city. Friendly cleaning staff.

We moved one bed to separate a double, and it seemed like no one had vacuumed under the bed for a while. Many people have mentioned the stairs, I don’t think they’re a problem, but I’d suggest the host include this information on the listing so that people are not surprised by this. We also could not find the clothing rack to hang our washed clothes but a friendly cleaning staff member gave us one from another apartment. Not a negative, more like a FYI: It can be noisy with the windows open, which is likely during hot days.

Amazing location in the heart of the old town. Huge apartment. Didn’t use kitchen facilities other than the glasses and fridge so cannot comment on this. Beautiful light and airy lots of big windows which is unusual with many city apartments.

No complaints but for feedback definitely needs another mirror as only one which is in the bathroom and you really need additional - say in the bedroom so one can get their hair and makeup on whilst other is using bathroom facilities. Shower tray drain plug was yellow so dubious how much it had really been cleaned. Counted 115 steps up to apartments 5 & 6 no problem for us but obviously won’t suit some.
