This is our second time staying here because it is in a perfect location and in every other way it is perfect, clean, the staff is nice and helpful. A few steps from the train station, the Old Port is also close and the MSC Cruise Terminal is just a few minutes walk from here. We can always leave our luggage here upon arrival before check-in and even for a few hours after check-out. We will definitely come here again next time.

The breakfast is my only sad point, because as gluten-sensitive people we never have breakfast here because of the usual sweet Italian breakfast (sweet pastries). If you like this, feel free to have breakfast, because there is a wide selection of sweet breakfasts.

It was the best choice for one night. It’s in the best location, a few steps from the Principe train station and the Port, just in between. We arrived early, but we could leave our luggage at the hotel until check-in, they welcomed us very kindly. Until then, we had a nice walk and had lunch in the Old Port. (In Rossopomodoro you can eat gluten-free pizzas, if you need.) The room is comfortable, very clean, not too small. (Our room faced an inner courtyard, a ruined house, but at least it was perfectly quiet.) The window cannot be opened, there is air conditioning, which unfortunately is a bit loud, this is the only thing I can say as a negative. There is a free water dispenser in the corridor. The staff is very, very nice, thank you! We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but rather in the city, where we even wandered around a bit before the departure of our cruise, of course the luggage could still be left at the hotel after checking out. It was the best choice, we will come here again next time!

The room was clean and had everything you need for a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable and so was the bathroom. The location is perfect, the buffet breakfast worth the price. The hotel staff is helpful and attentive. The hotel is close to a busy street, but the windows are amazingly sealed and you don’t hear a sound, big plus!

The only thing that could be a downside is that the door needs to be open by receptionist and during the evening/ night you often have to wait longer for someone to notice you. A bell to ring the door when you’re outside waiting would’ve been useful.

The room is up-to-date and has a great bed and shower. The room is very clean and spacious. The water provided in a machine outside of rooms is very nice and much appreciated in this heat.

The location is not great. It is very close to the train station, which is good, but once you get away from the cruise ships and tourists it gets scary, especially at dusk/night.

Great location, close to the port and at a walking distance from the city center. Parking garage nearby. Room big enough with a comfortable bed. Professional personnel, after the check-out we could leave our luggage there with no additional cost.

Please update the price of the parking garage: we paid 25 euros for a day (it was ok, but more than stated by the property). The showers should be improved: whenever you use them, there is a flood on the floor.

LOCATION, really the hotel has an amazing location, literally, u can see the bus, train, metro station from ur window. It was very nice from them that they offered a gratitude water dispenser in every floor. Staff were extremely friendly especially abdelwadoud & also the girl in the bar.

No kettle, no Nescafé, tea or sugar. They didn’t change all towels everyday.

Location was great and Sanitary fitting were amazing. Staff was superb quality. Room was large. Breakfast and service was amazing.

Hot water in the taps were only lukewarm and at best lukewarm. Among toiletries Soap provided was very dry and broken. Tissue Roll given was only 1 for two people. Table was too small.

The nicest reception staff I've ever met - and I travel really often. Everyone was always smiling and helpful. Clean hotel, excellent price-quality ratio. Perfect location for a trip to Cinque Terre (near to the train station) and really a few steps from the cruise ship terminal. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Close to town. Stylish bathroom with a nice shower. Large room. Sparkling water free and on tap in the corridor was a nice touch. Would stay again

Location was a bit sketchy on arrival. No kettle in the room. We were not told about breakfast the day before but left early anyways

Friendly staff, great location, super spacious room. There is a water dispenser that you can use for free, it makes sparkling water if you like - great bonus, I think it's a must for every hotel.

I didn't have breakfast at the hotel as I felf like selection of food was quite poor.
