Incredible location! Rooms are modern, clean, and the views are unbeatable.

I found some of the staff working at the front desk to be rude. I had a very poor interaction with someone on the phone before I arrived and then at check in as well. The rest of the staff was lovely though. Also, be warned that birds to fly in and sit on the open salad/fruit bar at the restaurant. Everything else is covered, but for some reason that isn’t and birds fly in, sit on the food, and pick at it. Very unsanitary, it happens continuously, and nobody does anything.

Very modern comfortable hotel. Excellent rooms and breakfast with restaurant overlooking the Lake. Helpful staff. Sky bar was good for a drink in the evening although no shade in the daytime.

The loud music from the adjacent cafe all day and evening meant we didn’t use the balcony as much as we would have liked. A good 20 minute walk away from the town itself and the ferry port. The area in front of the hotel is actually public park area so no chairs etc available to sit by the Lake.

I loved this hotel and I will definitely recommend it. It might be a bit pricey for its size but the location is fantastic away from the noisy main streets and right in front of the beach. The view is amazing. It’s a nice 20 minutes walk to the city centre however the Main Street has all amenities including small shopping centres and variety restaurants and cafes. Staff are very polite and helpful and the room is spotless.

I would suggest that the breakfast could be enhanced with options like English breakfast and non pork sausages

The hotel location is amazing with access to the beach and very close to all attractions in the city. The staff were outstanding always smiling and very supportive. The breakfast had amazing variety and the whole family found something to enjoy. There are also bicycles at the property at minimal cost to take a tour of the beach and city. Also has parking and staff would take care of the car. I would definitely recommend it and stay there when I visit the city.

The location is perfect. Right on the lake front of Garda. Makes pre-breakfast dips in the lake very easy. 10-15 mins walk to the restaurants and bars in the city centre (old town) of Riva. The roof top bar and sun deck with two jacuzzi spas is a lovely quiet retreat. The breakfast in the hotel is absolutely amazing. So much variety to choose from. The room (superior lake view) was an excellent size, very comfortable and was kept regularly and perfectly clean by the house staff.

The only complaint was the birds. The restaurant is open plan and at breakfast each day there were a bunch of wild birds (sparrows I think) who gleefully helped themselves to the fruit buffet and bread/pastry offerings. There should be some controls put in place to stop the birds on hygiene basis.

Fantastic location, beautiful view, friendly and helpful staff. Brilliant room and facilities with large balcony / terrace equipped with table chairs 2 sun loungers and a double bed. Restaurant staff excellent and great food. Great breakfast each morning, too. Free car park. Shuttle to car park not far from hotel great service. Reception staff are very welcoming and helpful. Mini bar in room reasonably priced. Rooftop bar with Jacuzzis and panoramic views of Riva Del Garda. Nice friendly bar staff, too. Tea and coffee facilties with wee surprises left when we came back to room on several occasions, fruit and biscuits, nice gesture. Bathroom slippers and robes supplied. Room cleaned every day. Spotless. Overall, it is a fantastic hotel and I would highly recommend it.

Location near the Lake was nice. Our room had a huge patio.

Didn’t love having to park at the mall about 1/8 of a mile away. It isn’t convenient to run there when you need the Car. It could be worse in other cities. We had dinner our first night in the hotel restaurant. It was ok! I’d recommend somewhere else. The guys working were very busy watching a football game on TV. We weren’t offered any coffee or desert, which is fine. I had to run up to our room mid way through our dinner to get a bottle of water for the four of us. That did not make us happy.

The staff was incredibly friendly, from Emil who let me get my wife coffee every morning before the breakfast was served, to Carla who helped us find wonderful places to hike and exercise and to Aaron (?) our server at dinner and breakfast who took great care of us!

We would have liked the hotel better if it had it's own pool! We did have access to a pool at a sister hotel but prefer to stay on site.

We got a corner room/balcony and we were expecting clearer views of lake as it was “deluxe suite” Cleaner took it upon herself to organise our property how she wanted it!- it was like hide and seek sometimes. Overlooking quite a noisy area so not as peaceful as we expected

The hotel is fantastic! The location is about a 15 minute walk from the main square. It can be a long walk but the pathway is well lit at night time. The room is quite small but did the job. The housekeeping staff are fantastic and went above and beyond for us. The hotel is right beside the water which is great. Breakfast was super and also parking is very handy. Very good experience
