They gave us an upgrade to a two bedroom unit even though we didn't need the extra bedroom. The unit was #17 which was a spacious corner room away from the street. They placed electric blankets to make sure we were comfortable. The unit also had a heat pump ACs which worked well.

The host showed us our room to see if we were ok with the suggested room. We found a dirty bathroom floor mat with a bunch of hair from the previous guest. He was very apologetic about it and had us check the cleanliness to see if we were satisfied with the room. The room seemed well vacuumed and everything looked clean. So we took the room. However, we noticed more hairs on the shower floor the next day.

Exceptionally clean, modern and comfortable

Reception was not manned at 6pm (even though they say check in prior to 8pm). Note on counter invites you to pick up phone to check in. After a long ring eventually it was answered by a woman who said she would be right down. I presumed she was on site and would be there in a minute but 20 + minutes later a man arrived in a vehicle (from off-site) to check us in. Management/customer service could be better!

Very clean with good quality appliances. The room was nice and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and warm. I liked the bathroom with a good heater and shower. There was plenty of room to put luggage. It was very quiet in the evenings and I always had a good sleep. Nice outlook from the room and very relaxing.

Nothing to not like. It was an extremely comfortable stay. Location was away from the centre but it was nice to have the peaceful outlook and quietness.

Clean and modern place to stay in Wanaka. The unit had everything we needed and more. There were thoughtful touches like robes, slippers, fresh milk for coffee and more. The owner was very nice and provided us with recommendations for things to do. I wish we had planned to stay here longer.

The only negative I could think of is the internet was a bit slow. It was not a big issue for us since this was a vacation and did not need to work remotely.

Our first floor room was extremely pleasant, light and airy with a balcony looking over the car park to the hills. At the back there is another good view to the hills the other way. The room was a good size with an equally good bathroom and shower. Despite being near the road it was quiet. It had all the necessaries for self catering and sufficient crockery and cutlery to mean that the dishwasher wasn't wasted in the room.

It was a little bit out of town so you had to drive to amenities and the lake. This didn't bother us at all but may be relevant for others.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. Great rooms, very clean and comfy and space to sort your bags out if its been a long journey and you need to repack . The views are good too, front and back. We would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a couple of days to explore the area. We walked to Wanaka town centre at an easy pace in less than 20 minutes, it was a nice walk. Good place for hiking, swimming, kayaking etc all close by - and there's a New World in town if you need to restock supplies.

Amazing location for the wedding we attended. Just 5 mins up the road. Rainbow was so accommodating, she allowed us to check in early as the wedding started at 2pm and we had just arrived from the airport. The room is modern and was spotless. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Literally up the road from Wanaka town centre. Highly recommend.

Nice clean and modern motel with very good cooking facilities and dishwasher as well. Very clean and modern bathroom. Very good sized room.

All the cooking utensils were provided but a grater would be useful. Quite a pricey motel which is understandable based on the quality of the motel but they should provide amenities such as a box of tissues in the lounge/bedroom.

The accomodation seems to be fairly new. Everything is very clean, new and super well equipped. we were surprised by the level of comfort in our room. We would visit again!

Unfortunately some walking distance to town - we simply took the car though. it is at the edge of town. but view pretty views and next to the main road which gives you quick access.

We love the size and the cleanliness of the room. The staff/receptionist Rainbow was very friendly and personable. We really enjoyed our one night stay here although it was slightly out of the city centre.

The internet connection wasn’t really very good. There were not too many rooms for this property and I think it would help if they have more boosters around.
