The apartment was clean, it had a great sight of the city and the design was pleasant. After some confusion surrounding the check-in process, the staff helped resolve it.

The building is listed as a hotel, but there is no reception. You have to check in and out on your own based on a text with instructions you receive. The provided phone number for help was unable to receive calls so I had to ask for help via text which led to me standing in front of the building for an extended period of time clearing up how to get in. The apartment is a part of a run down looking building, so it almost felt like I arrived at the wrong place because of how nice the apartment interior looks in comparison.

Amazing experience! Everything thought out in the finest of details. Functional and modern interior, spotless clean. Right in the heart of the city center with a feeling of home..

My only issue was the fact of not having an internal key/lock to control the access once inside the apartment. It would have been great if instead of the internal keyhole there was a dead latch. Also, the price is proportional to the late check-in. Other than that keep up the with the great work in property management🙋‍♀️

It can get a bet noisy as the apartment is located above the main road

The location is convenient and close to main sightseeing. The room by itself clean and specious. The staff through the chat very polite and friendly.

Little bit hard to find and noise from outside if there is some activities in the street. Elevetor and ambiance in lobby of building could be much much better.

Compact, functional, relaxing design. Almost in the heart of old city. Recently furnished, feels good. Not crowded with furniture. Very clean and felt safe.

Internet was slow. There could be some more stock for self cookers: salt, plant based oil, etc. More noise than expected from main street, despite double glass windows.

bad isolation (you hear the noise from the street), sofa bed is not comfortable at all - apartment is for 2 not for 3 really, air condition didnt work so they had to come to fix it

I didn’t like the fact that we opted to pay at the property yet the money was taken off our account right away

This is our third time in the property which means that we are very happy. The only bad point is late check-in.
