Lovely location a few steps away from the Sebilj near Bascarsija. The apartment was very clean and organised. The view was absolutely beautiful from the top floor apartment. Will definitely be back! 💯

Quite a few steps to the top apartment if you are older or have young kids maybe pick a lower level floor - although the view was worth it for us!

Ornament Hotel & Apartment is conveniently located, within 5 minutes of walking to the Oldtown. The room is spacious, clean and wonderfully decorated with modern furniture. Shout out to Aslan, the friendly and helpful staff who made our stay a good one.

Nothing. All is good. Although if you are sensitive to sound, request for a room that is not facing the main road. The sound of vehicle could be inconvenient to some but for our family of 6, we had no problem at all and slept like babies.

The staff was super friendly! Location is amazing just a 2min walk from the city center but in a quite zone. Our room was super clean and had great beds and a great bathroom.

This hotel has some of the best staff I've encountered in a long time. My flight was canceled, and they were incredibly helpful, getting me a room late at night and bringing my key to me. They were kind and attentive throughout my entire stay. The hotel's central location was perfect, as I could walk everywhere. The room was also very spacious and clean.

The location was excellent and the staff were brilliant too. The coffee machine broke for a couple of days and we couldn't have coffee at breakfast, but otherwise it was very pleasant.

Nobody came to clean our room for our whole stay. We didn't mind too much, but we kept having to ask the reception for things like that toilet paper and shower gel.

Mediocre breakfast. You are probably better not paying for it and enjoying it in the town. The hotel has two separate locations in Sarajevo. Make sure you know which one you are staying in.

Excellent location to visit old town. 2min walk from bascarsija. Great appartment. Modern and very comfortable and a great balcony with town view. Highly recommend. Very good for the price.
