The hotel is in a great location, with bars and restaurants on your door step and a large supermarket. There is also a taxi rank opposite. Everywhere is walkable in Sarajevo from here, we walked to the train and bus stations, the bottom.of Trebevic Mountain for the cable car and also all the attractions in the centre of Sarajevo.  The room was clean and quiet and the shower worked well. The staff on reception were always very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again if I am in Sarajevo.

We booked a double bed, but it was 2 singles pushed together that kept separating. The mattress was also very soft so made my back ache, but that is personal preference, some prefer a soft mattress.

Really a good location. Nice street with cafés and bars, even a bookstore (Buybooks, with a range of titles in english). Just a nice stroll from the Old Town, but really, a much better location for exploring the much more interesting parts of town. Very kind, helpfull and professional young women in the reception. Comfortable room (doubleroom with lots of space for one person on 3rd floor), good air condition, quiet (if that matters).

Very friendly and helpful staff and in a great location. Relatively pretty good value for money.

Breakfast was simple. If you come a bit late, not much left. But you can ask and staff is friendly and willing to help, like make some eggs. Airco not working well, probably because it was very dirty. 7,5 out of 10

Location was nice for my business needs. The hotel had a free parking that was available.

The fixtures in the bathroom (for soap, shower, toilet paper) were loose and not properly fixed to the wall, that left a poor impression, although everything was functional. The room was a bit too hot for my taste, although heating was turned off.

Location is excellent. Close to shopping center and a short walk to the old town, Baščaršija. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Although I reserved a parking spot, I had to drive around to get to the parking spot near the hotel that the receptionist directed me to (not in front of the hotel) . The entrance to the parking spot was tight and had to (very carefully) maneuver the car to it.

Good location; about 2 kilometers to the bus station and about 1 kilometer to Baščaršija. A shopping mall with a grocery store just next door. Nice, friendly and helpful staff, modern rooms. The breakfast could have a bit more variety, especially regarding yoghurts and fruits. But they have real coffee, not a machine, which definitely is a plus!

The pillows are too big, and sometimes there was a sort of like cigarette smell through the ventilation.

Great location in Sarajevo. The rooms was very clean and tidy and the bed was super comfortable. The hotel has good air-conditioning and the staff were very helpful. Few mins walk to the centre of Sarajevo and supermarkets outside the hotel was very helpful too.

Hotel was cute, perfect location, close to everything, but not not on the very busy road, so not noisy to sleep. It was clean, comfy bed and staff was so friendly and helpful

Came to breakfast late but I would have liked to have had more bread options, like multi seeded bread or a brown bread. And some honey for the tea :-) otherwise it was great

The hotel is very conveniently located. I really appreciated the divine kindness of the staff and the remarkable level of diligence with which you go about their tasks. The city decorations in each room (including the breakfast room) and the colourful atmosphere are also delightful. Highly recommendable!

The persistent smell of cigarette smoke in rooms (not a matter of cleanness as the hotel is indeed clean), which is unfortunately quite common in the entire area and region.
