The hotel location is 10 minutes away from downtown knoxville. The hotel breakfast and amenities were exactly what I needed for my 5 day work week. The workout space is small but they have everything you need for a full body workout. Staff was very nice and I love the complimentary coffee, tea and water in the lobby.

They was sticky stain in my room floor. My room was tidy up each day but that stain was never touched in room 215.

Breakfast was delicious; best bacon ever! Hallways were wide and room was very clean and attractive. Front desk staff was welcoming.

The back of the bathroom door appeared very worn and needs attention. Biggest disappointment was no internet and spotty television! They said it might have been the rain but it was not a terrible storm, just a bunch of rain.

Very clean & modern facility, staff were extremely helpful, pleasant and professional, and the little perks like free bottled water, fresh cookies and tootsie rolls really made the family happy!

Not much at all. The pool had a strong chemical smell and several family members complained of itchy skin after using it, but otherwise an excellent stay.

The quick and courteous check in, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I called ahead of time and talked to Andrew bc my amount of guests changed and he helped me change the room size and the amount of guests and it dropped the price down which was very nice. They had waters and tootsie rolls and iced coffee and cookies for free in the lobby which was nice.

Very clean and quiet rooms. Everything was just what you would expect from a Hampton Inn.

The AC unit didn’t have a fan only option and the compressor kept kicking on and off and it was pretty loud. I wish they would have left the controls on the unit instead of putting a thermostat on the wall.

The staff is exceptional. Best Hampton Inn I have ever been at. I told them that too. Please keep it up and do not try and improve it. It’s already outstanding.

On one website it was mentioned that the rooms had balconies, but that was not the case. I like a balcony, but we ended up not spending much time at the place so it was not big deal.

Great location and convenient check in. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good.

Price was about $75 more than the Tru Hilton across the street with similar rooms and facilities. For the value, the beds need to be more comfortable. Way too soft and flimsy.

What I really liked was for my service dog there was a very nice and spacious fenced in play area for her. That was a huge bonus for this property.

-a trash bag was sitting next to the trash bin in the evening to overnight. No one took out the trash. -the room AC unit was broken and was really loud. Need to check all equipment in rooms to make sure they work properly.
