The location and beach were wonderful. The beach and yard are private and felt safe. The beach is groomed daily and the pool was clean. The room was spacious and we enjoyed our private patio on the ground floor. The view, the flower pots around the property and sunsets were wonderful. The bed was comfortable.

Our unit was very worn out and was not clean in some areas. Some of the pictures are misleading online. No blue umbrella beach chairs, breakfast is not great (cereals and bars), small pool enclosure with concrete maintenance needed. High price for our pre-booked midweek stay during July, when their sign out front advertised a walk in mid week special price. We should have not pre-booked, and just walked in!

Very nice hotel. bed was very comfortable. Spectacular view of the bay. Wish it was warmer so we could have enjoyed the balcony more. Enjoyed the tub. Easy to get to and easy check in. Breakfast was good.

The shower was iffy. Really bad shower head, low water pressure. Took way too long to wash my long, thick hair. No really warm water, it was either scalding hot or ice cold. That was a low! Plus, really small shower. There were some dust bunnies in the bathroom on the floor and baseboard where I ran my finger along. TV and couch were on the same wall, so you couldn't sit and watch tv? That was kind of odd. No room cleaning. 3 nights and no garbage removal, and no clean towels. While I don't need my bed made every day, I wouldn't mind clean towels and garbage emptied, even every 2 days.

The room was really nice, big & clean. I was pleasantly surprised by the room. Loved where our room was as located on 3rd floor with balcony looking at lake. There were volleyball area, gas grill, pool, grassy area for lawn games plus the large sandy beach area plus dock. At night most people had both fire pits going that are provided on beach for those evening smores. Loved watching all the ducks & babies on the water.

Little further down the street than I thought, but overall still a good location on strip.

Breakfast was good, they even had some higher end stuff like pasture raised hard boiled eggs. We also loved the location and the room, but most of all the staff were fantastic. We even misplaced a room key and a staff member drove in past the office’s closing time to print us new keys and let us in.

Honestly the only thing I didn’t absolutely love was that the bathroom could stand to be remodeled, but that is such a tiny detail in the grand scheme of things. We had an excellent time and the room itself was beautiful and very comfortable.

Loved it here!!! I had booked only one night but ended up staying two. The staff were so helpful and kind ( especially the staff the night I checked in if management is reading this she is awesome!) having breakfast on site makes it easy to just stay in and relax. I can see what people mean about in walls being thin and hearing sounds - I am the lightest sleeper ever and didn’t have a problem, but if the hotel were full, I could see that happening. I would just call ahead and request a top floor if you’re worried about it.

Loved the hotel. The rooms were large clean and the view was amazing. Travis is a great employee always cheerful and helpful.

The fist day my son in law asked to change rooms we were told the hotel was totally booked and nothing was available but the parking lot was half empty and the walk ins are welcome sign was on. The next day another staff member said the hotel had plenty of room and changed his promptly. Do not like being lied to because the staff is lazy

The view was great looking out the window from bed and seeing the water was beautiful. There is a lot of car noise so that does take away from the experience. I felt safe in the area. Loved the fire pit! Love the coffee and teas that are available all day.

It was not as clean as I would have preferred. The bathroom had had several non-professional repairs that were not pretty. The beds were ok, more firm than I like and the pillows had no structure. There was a heated pool, it was not very heated and it was not clean. Says breakfast but items were limited.

The view is exceptional, although it's not a straight on sunset view. You can see a nice view of sunset from the balcony. The spa tub is lovely, though I wouldn't want to share it with anyone else. It's a little small for sharing imo. Coffee,tea, and hot chocolate bar fully stocked with some fruit in the lobby. Bed was comfortable. Nice large room with high ceilings.

There is no elevator, FYI. I was kinda disappointed about the heated outdoor pool not being available. I figured since it was heated and weather so nice, it would be open. It was out of season, so I understand. There was a " ticking" sound all night. I'm not sure what it was, but it's super annoying. I ended up plugging in AC and turning the fan as high as it would go to drown out the sound and be able to sleep. All in all it was a lovely stay with a beautiful view. All staff was exceptional.

Very nice staff, nice view with patio, lots of choices at grab and go breakfast, big bathtub and comfortable bed.

Tho it seemed like there weren't a ton of people around we were put one unit from the end right next to another couple/family at the end. It was one of those units that you can open a shared door if each side unlocks it, and it just seemed like I could hear EVERYTHING that they were doing/saying. Also, made me self conscious of making any noise. Esp when we used the bathtub that night, that was very near the shared door. The microwave was also right next to the shared door and I felt so bad using it in the morning multiple times to heat up breakfast because the beep was so loud.

All rooms face the water/beach. Great location. Front desk staff member was very nice. When I checked in, I told him I was in town for an event. When I checked out, he remembered me and asked about the event. Great customer service.

Blinds on door to balcony do not block light very well, so the room gets bright very early. I feel it could get a bit noisy, but I brought a sound machine to block that out!
