The shower (hot water) was excellent. The room was comfortable, but the bathroom could use an update.

Bloody possums having a party in the roof every night. The first night I thought it was people running about, then I realised there was no rooms above mine (Rm 9). The restaurant was closed. Didn't see any signs advising of that before I got there, and only other options nearby was McDs and KFC. Also, the sign on the reception door said open 7:00am - 8:00pm. A couple of times I went to reception during those hours and it was locked up.

It was clean, tidy. Plenty of amenities and close to where I needed to be. The owner/ manager was really polite, helpful and left nothing wanting or needing. I will definitely tell my family and friends to book this hotel.

The price was abit much for what you got. I paid less for 2 nights at the Sebel hotel in Brisbane C.B.D. But it was okay. I really enjoyed my stay.

The staff at Puffers Inn were absolutely brilliant, very accommodating and extremely friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and clean, with full bathroom and kitchen amenities.

The location is handy but not great for walking around, however this had no impact on our stay, and Ubers were plentiful!

Neat n tidy, well presented, well located, close to restaurants and take away etc. Pool and heated spa was our favourite!

Rooms as expected for a motor inn but still well presented, modern bedding and furniture etc. Best I've motor inn I've stayed at. Never met the staff but the lady I spoke to for late check in was lovely

The owners were really friendly, helpful and caring. The housekeeping staff were really friendly, helpful and caring too. After the housekeeping staff Melissa alerted Narelle to the fact that my daughter and I hadn’t returned for the night after a dance competition, Narelle called my mobile with concern if we were ok. My daughter has Epilepsy and she had had too many seizures for me to drive safely back to McNevins Motel so we had to stay at the competition venue that night instead. Narelle said not to worry about rushing back to check out, just to take our time as she was more concerned about my daughter and myself. This meant so much to me as well as Melissa and Narelle’ s concern and checking on us when we did get back to the Motel. Thank you so much. Kindest regards. Elissa and Sasha O’Donohoe

Great room, very clean and tidy and the staff were great. The location suited us but was a bit hard to find as we put the street address into Google and it took us to the wrong location, after to staff about it we were told to use the name in Google which we did and had no more problems

We could not fault the room and the staff were great. At the time the resturant was closed due to a lack of a chef, I hope this changes in the future as we will be returning.

Room was clean with adequate facilities and amenities. Rooms are showing their age a little bit but the value for money was great. Staff were very friendly and professional. Would 100% recommend if you're in the area and need a room.

Wi-Fi was quite slow, not sure if a normal problem or because it was a full hotel. But had enough phone signal to tether so it wasn't that bad.

The staff were amazing, room had ensuite, large fridge, dining table and chairs, lounge area with large screen TV...... Beds were comfortable, and whole unit was very clean with all kitchen items. Air conditioned and pool was beautiful and clean. Would definitely recommend staying here as was close to Sirromet Winery and had everything I could have asked for.

Staff were wonderful and helpful. Room had everything we needed. A little old and run down but clean and tidy all the same. Shower and bath could use some updating. The grounds were immaculate. Would stay again.

I loved, loved, loved the spa and the pool. The water was just right in both! Awesome. The bed was really comfy.

On the website it said there was a restaurant and bar, but only found out on arrival that the restaurant and bar had shut down some years ago. Noisy customers a few rooms down - swearing etc.
