King size beds n pillows. Staff friendly. Convenient location to shops etc.

Booked for 3 people only had 2 towels in the room. Rang room service they came up within 10 min. So all good. We had to pull the second bed out of divan. Bed was a little too soft for our liking.

We enquired about parking, and the lass on reception advised that we could park securely underground. That night I drove the hire car down but found that the grill was down, so I attempted to reverse back up the curved driveway and reversed into the pole at the entrance. Budget charged me $2,400 for damages, which we are appealing - the bump was quite slight, with nothing broken. However, if your receptionist had explained that we could use our room card to open the grill, none of this would have happened. It turned out to be an expensive stay!!!

Location is perfect. You have Maccas and restaurants a walk away and the shopping centre across the road. The staff were great from Reception to housekeeping to the staff in the bar/restaurant. We felt safe knowing we had the option to park our car in the basement which locks after hours. The room itself (including the bathroom) was spacious. The bed is comfortable, water pressure for the shower was great too. We also really liked the access to I Feel Good gym!

The room we got on our second time back there was excellent! Much more spacious and luxurious with a great view. All the staff were super friendly and helpful except the lady at reception on Father's Day morning. Location wise, you have access to everything you need and is super convenient.

The lady at reception on Fathers Day morning was abrupt and a bit rude. It was around 7.30am - 8am and we asked her if the restaurant was open for coffee and she abruptly said no, it's Father's Day so no coffees available?! She told us to go to MacDonalds if we wanted coffee.

Easy check in, staff very friendly, undercover parking. I was very surprised how lovely the place was, nice wide hallways, had a feel of opulence. The bed was extremely comfortable, large size rooms, great food, room service was reasonably fast. Couldn’t hear a peep from anywhere else, very sound proof rooms. I’d definitely stay here again.

Everything! From the hotel suites itself to where it was located. I also loved how there is a bar/restaurant next door and a mini arcade/bowling area

There was no pool probably the only thing that was missing that’ll make it even better but other than that I love everything about my stay

Shower slippery when you wash your hair or get soap on tiles. They don’t have the option to have a queen & single bed in one room . They offer “ cots “ but not family rooms and it’s for that reason I properly won’t stay there again when traveling with my daughter.

Needed convenient location for event and family nearby. Reception desk was manned until late evening so it allowed us a late-in (approx 6pm). View from our window was excellent.

We had two single beds, excellent. The second day housekeeping made the beds into a King. Ummm why? We were two single people and would have preferred that the single bed layout was maintained.

Spacious rooms, location okay, on site restaurant and bar, friendly and efficient staff

In room toiletries in small plastic - many hotels have transitioned to large refillable wall mounted containers to improve sustainability and reduce plastic waste/ pollution. Lack of recycle bins throughout property. Could also consider Who Gives a Crap for paper products and a Containers for Change initiative. I’ve seen this at other hotels.

Rooms very spacious, clean accommodated our needs as we were at the Mowtown night. What a great show, the overall was wonderful for our short stay. The meals were excellent and good value for money. Nice place to stay.

The rooms were large enough to accommodate a bath, that’s what let the room down. Wish there was a pool for residents to use during our stay with you. The show was great but trying to dance on the carpet was very difficult, it needs a dance floor.
