Room is very spacious, good value of money. Location is within walking distance - around 20 mins to Jonker Walk. There's also a lot of space of parking. But no roof. Iron is not provided room-to-room, you have to go out from your room to iron your clothes. Water dispenser (Coway) just outside of our room, which is convenient for us. Didn't try the swimming pool during our stay, but it is on the rooftop.

No hangers available in the room. No tissue. No floor rug in the bathroom. TV is a flat screen tv, not a smart tv, very old-school, static lines & blur images, can't really watch anything hahaha. Wifi is given unique password, but very slow.

the location is very strategy. I got upgraded and the room was so nice. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. They have provided a lot of parking and even had a swimming pool. Thanks to Mrs Ain for helping me so much. She is a great and lovely person.

Hm breakfast was so so. not really delicious and need variety menu. The salad wasn't fresh sometime (sorry I'm honest). the soup was put too much salt (T_T) I wish they had kuah kacang for lontong ^^ .

I accidentally left my ic but the staff didnt infom me regarding this. I realise my ic lost when i wants to enter museum . I call hotel, then the staff said my ic was there. When i go to pickup she just give to me then when i check out i ask, its the hotel policies to keep my ic when check in, then she said her staff fault but she not apologies on behalf or what .. hmm hotel have my number but why hotel dont call me regarding my ic haih

I didnt like the bald one incharge of breakfast. He cheater. On first day we reached earlier and took breakfast and paid. Before taking anything he told us 24 rm per pax. When we after breakfast he demanded 48 rm per pax. We told hm he is cheating. Ultimately another who paid 24 told hm why he is cheating? That gave us wrong message

Room was spacious. Lighting, bathroom, air-conditioning was well equipped. There was also a ceiling fan to help circulate the air flow for a faster cooling down. Though I came in as a couple, I was given a larger than a queen bed plus a single bed which I didn't use (thanks anyway). There is a non-halal eatery square just beside this hotel and ample parking space own by hotel.

Although there was ample parking behind the hotel, the walk to the lobby was quite lengthy and fortunately there was no rain when we were there.

Spacious room and nice view for the city ,prefectly fine for non fussy for one or two day stops. We enjoyed the delicious foody they gave us for breakfast 🥞 feel in love wt the nasi lemak cooked by Chef Nasir. Keep up the yummy breakfast. The hotel very near to jongko walk for about 3 mins drive by car. We brought our own room spray for good smell in our room.

Provide tissue and cleaned the floor of the toilet would make the smell nicer

Ample parking for vehicles. Located around the city centre. Room was spacious. Air conditioning was functional.

Toilet facilities needed to be improved. No place to place soap or gel tubes at the shower area. The toilet bowl flushing system doesn't flush thoroughly in one go. Have to do multiple flushes and needed to assist with a pail of water to completely clear its 'contents'

our family suite is spacious for 3 of us. bath tub is working, cleanliness okay except for bathroom can be improved (some mouldy patch but no weird smell..exhaust fan works well). breakfast choices are okay, fast to topup. location is close to eateries and sungai melaka. parking is ample at the back of hotel, private.

downside: no concierge service, lifts only 2 and rather small. room service can only order until 6pm

Location is the best. also worth it the price. Room price include the breakfast for 2 adults. kids under 6 were free. Small pool with small playground on the roof top also good but need to maintain the pool cleanliness. Have iron every level, have coway water each level (cool and hot). Good hotel for travelers that have low budget.

breakfast 7.30 until 10.30am. we arrived at 9am but no refill. slippery infront of bathroom (need to put foot mat). hot shower also not too hot.

The breakfast is on point, their sambal are the best, normally sambal in hotel are terrible, but here, i even repeat the breakfast just the sambal it self, the rest are suit the price and the 3 star status

The parking are limited, first come first serve, the toilrt seem outdated, the keetle are bad, door handle loose
