Nicely decored renovated room with comfortable bed and bathroom, great breakfast with variety of options, well-located (5 min walk to the lake, plenty of bars/restaurants nearby)

None of the reviews expressed that the hotel is really close to a local church which rings its bells frequently starting at 6 AM (around 7 AM they would ring for 5 minutes without stopping). I know this isn’t the hotel’s fault in any way, however it was disruptive for our sleep as we were hoping to rest and relax on this trip and not to be woken up so early in the morning on several occassions. Also, a fridge (at least a small one) would be nice to have in the room.

The room was really nice, the staff were great and helpful (had some trouble with a broken balcony door which they fixed asap), the location was great, the spa/jacuzzi was free of charge and honestly the highlight of our stay, because there was nobody in the whole spa and it was super chill/zen in there due to nicely smelling laveneder plants, warm water and relaxing music. Breakfast was exceptional with lots of different and quality food. The rooms had nice AC, everything was clean, the furniture is modern, and the best part, there was free private parking inside the hotel (under the roof and close to the elevator). Value for money is exceptional!

Amazing location to visit Lake Bled. Staff are really friendly and attentive. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choice. Spa was really nice with lots of saunas, outdoor and indoor jacuzzi. Had a couples massage which was excellent and very reasonably priced. They loaded us electric scooters with no cost (just had to fill a 2 min survey). Room was very spacious and very comfortable. Large TV in the room and very modern décor. Great shower and bathroom. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby and overall prices in the area very good. Bus station drop off and pickup very close. Will be returning to Lake Bled and will stay here again.

Nothing, great hotel and great location.

We were really impressed with this hotel, we were expecting an average place with it being a 3 star hotel but it was honestly fab - more like a 4 star! The room we had was huge, so much space to spread your things out. Very clean also. The staff were friendly and helpful on arrival. The breakfast was really good! Great variety of food and they swapped certain things out everyday so each day there was something slightly different which was nice. They have a lovely wellness centre which I used and it was so nice to relax in, highly recommend trying it if you stay here. The location of this hotel was super convenient - just across the road from the main Bled bus station and a 5 minute walk down to the lakeside.

Parking is a bit limited, especially in the high season but that's not the hotels fault, it's just how it is.

The breakfast was very good, we really enjoyed it. The beds were extremely comfortable and the shower was excellent. The room was spotless. The staff were very helpful when we asked questions about the area. This is a very nice hotel in a perfect location.

I would have liked to have a kettle and teabags, because I don't like espresso coffee but I do like to have a hot drink in the room. I also had some trouble with the air conditioning at night because I was too hot and couldn't get it cooler. I understand this is because of eco air conditioning. I solved this by opening the window instead.

The hotel is located just a couple minutes walk from the lake and the bus station which is great for getting to the train station easily. After reading some not so great reviews we were quite apprehensive about our stay however our room was lovely. It was very clean and the shower was great. The view from our balcony (despite not booking a balcony) was beautiful! Before we arrived staff helped us to workout which bus to get from the station and were very helpful.

The stay was great so only a couple things that could help make the room 10/10 - a mini fridge in the room would be amazing for keeping water cold in your room - antibacterial hand soap instead of shower gel in the toilet - a general waste bin as we only had plastic and paper recycling bins -we missed our bus because there was an issue with checkout and there was no manager available, it made things quite stressful as nothing was explained to us and seemed to be a simple fix

Cleanliness, furniture of the room. Especially the bathroom was impressive - with bio/organic products.

We had to leave earlier than the breakfast (included) was provided. As we mentioned that at the check-in, we were told by the staff member that nothing could be done, there's no kitchen. (Check-in was late afternoon, early evening.) BUT! At the check-out, the new staff member mentioned, if only we'd mentioned that earlier, then a lunchbox could have been prepared for us. Still was so kind to do it themself and we left with some pastries, fruit and water. It was very impressive. I wish it could have been done - communicated still at the check in and let everyone unstressed. Thanks again!

Very clean and streamlined room, comfy beds with enough pillows. The breakfast was delicious. A lot to choose from and high quality food. Something for everyone. The staff was very kind and helpful. Not a long walk to Lake Bled. We parked our car here and didn't use it again until we checked out; we were able to walk to the lake and restaurants from here. There is a small parking garage plus a few parking spots out front. From our room we could see part of the lake and the Bled Castle.

Nothing wrong. Just keep in mind the restaurant is not open for dinner (at least in Jan 2025). There are good places to eat nearby, though.

Room was perfectly suitable - we had a balcony which was lovely to sit out on. Facilities were really good, we used the small gym and also the spa which was really pleasant and a great addition to the hotel. Breakfast was fabulous with all sorts of options, helpful staff and a great atmosphere especially with the clarinet and violin playing at the weekend, was a lovely touch.

No kettle in the room

This hotel is in a very central location, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive, adding a personal touch to the stay. The hotel has a relaxed vibe, and the free use of the jacuzzi was a wonderful bonus. The breakfast was lovely, and everything was clean and modern. A fabulous hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

The bar had no ambience—it felt more like a dull reception room, so we ended up bringing drinks back to our room. Unfortunately, there was no kettle to make tea and no fridge, which was inconvenient. We couldn’t have dinner at the hotel.
