I liked how modernly equipped it is compared to the other hotels in the area. The friendly staff are an asset to this hotel.

The fact that the room has controlled air-conditioning meaning you cannot cool the room as much as the client desires. The fact that there is not a mini fridge in the room and that although we asked that the shower drain was somehow blocked we were told it was cleaned when in fact wasn't or wasn't enough as we had to do ourselves to avoid overflowing the shower tray onto the floor.

We had a truly lovely stay at Hôtel Le Méditerranée in Lourdes. Despite a delayed flight causing us to arrive late—just ten minutes before the restaurant was due to close—we were greeted with a warm welcome by name. The staff took our luggage straight away at reception and ushered us kindly into the restaurant, assuring us not to worry about the time. Breakfast the next morning was plentiful, with a wide variety of options available. I was especially grateful that they catered for my gluten-free diet. In the evening we enjoyed a delicious three-course meal that was not only well-prepared but also excellent value for money. The waitress was very kind and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was calm and friendly. The staff we encountered were generally welcoming and helpful. Upon departure, a receptionist once again took care of our luggage, while we spent our last few hours in Lourdes, and even helped carry it out as we left. The hotel’s location is also ideal—right by the bus stop for the airport, which made our onward journey smooth and stress-free.

We did experience some noise disturbance one night. Around 10pm, we could hear two groups of youths—one sounding neocatechumenal and the other English—singing, drumming, and chanting loudly. This went on until 2am coming from what seemed to be a hotel next door or possibly near the river. This was surprising as we stayed here last year and didn’t experience any noise. This year, we noticed a youth group staying in the hotel next door, which seemed to be the source of the disturbance. This wasn’t the hotel’s fault and thankfully our 5-year-old slept through it. We have stayed in other hotels in Lourdes, and noticed especially during the Summer that noise can be an issue.

I like the location of the hotel. It’s located in a quiet part of the town and close to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes.

My wife was not given the correct price quote for the laundry services. She was surprised that the amount being collected from her was around 5X higher than the price quoted to her. Though, in the end, the pricing isaue was eventually reaolved by frontdesk the staff / officer.

Upon entering the hotel, we were greeted by the kindest and sweetest receptionist. He gave us our rooms and explained all about the city and nearby highlights. The rooms were clean and smell amazing. Spacious, modern bathrooms and very comfortable beds. We had a small balcony with a beautiful view. Breakfast is delicious, plenty of food to choose from. Location is perfect, 10 minute walk from the Grotte, 2 minutes away from airport shuttle bus stop, close to restaurants and cafes. We will surely be back!

There is nothing to dislike about this hotel! Can't recommend it enough!

the breakfast was good and plentiful with a variety of hot and cold items and fresh fruits. the staff were very helpful and professional. the room was just perfect, very clean and overlooking the river with a very good mattress. there was even a coffee/tea making facility in the room, (although this was not advertised).

Understandably, it could get crowded when there are groups staying at the hotel.

I like that its location is overlooking the river, few minutes from the sanctuary and shops, and almost in front of the bus stop (aerport bus). The room was clean and neat. Was lucky to be situated in the river view. No problem checking in and out They have souveneir shop with 10% discount for staying in the hotel. Friendly staff that can understand english.

I guess the only downside is I found a pair of socks under the bed probably left by previous guests. And I was unintentionally given a wrong information about airport bus time by the beautiful receptionist. She offered a taxi for the airport. But I like to be cheap so opted to find a way for the bus. No harm done..still manage to go to the airport.

It is clean and walking distance to the grotto, close to restaurants. I like the fact that they are very organized in preparing for the breakfast table complete with your name.

Seems like the walls are thin. All the noises at the corridor. Our room was close to the stairs so it was very noisy when other people checked out. Also they are very late in cleaning our room.

Toilet is located in "closet." Hard to close door and sweeze in to use.. Very poor layout for bathroom. Would be better if toilet was in same room (like most hotels). Very poor breakfast for price charged. Need soup ladle for "scrambled eggs.". Tongs provided, but not possible to try to get any eggs. Probably best not to even yet. Just dump the meds down the garbage chute. Glad I did mothabe dinner here.

The hotel has its own parking, free but limited. The receptionist and the breakfast staff were friendly and attentive. The beds are comfortable. Breakfast was good, esp. croissant and bacon (donuts looked tasty but we did not try).

The bathroom is very old, but the bedroom is a bit more modernly decorated. Cold wind can enter the room from the windows. Breakfast lacks of variety; butter and drinking water were not present at the buffet (you have to ask for these). The coffee machine did not work properly. The cover of a toilet paper holder in one of the WC at the lobby was loose and always opened, hitting my head, when the paper was pulled.

For breakfast, there is a room separated from the big groups for individual clients or couples. The manager of the restaurant is tremendous. Despite the big groups and the big numbers of clients, the restaurant is super clean and the used table are cleaned and the table clothe changed as soon as client leaves.
