Four adults traveling from different three cities on both the East and West Coasts of the US and all heading to Whistler. This hotel was in precisely the right location, IN VANCOUVER AIRPORT, to enable us to fly in on different airlines and different schedules, gather together, collect ourselves, and get a decent rest before heading into the mountains. I wish every airport hotel in the world was like this one!

For our after cruise night before flight, we booked 2 King bed rooms for family. The hotel was superb. From check in to the elegant Gold Lounge(delicious hearty food & beverages) to the huge over the top modern room and bath to check out, the staff & service, cleanliness. attention to detail was all fabulous. Being inside the terminal for our early boarding at 0525 was a must. Since the included breakfast begins at 0600, the evening concierge arranged for a 0400 breakfast delivery. It was a delicious pot of coffee, toast, fresh fruit, & pastry. The coffee was hot & excellent(the pod coffee in the room was top notch). TIP-Even w/mobile boarding passes, leaving our room at 0415, too late for our US 0600 flight, no TSA precheck or Clear, only Global Entry. Security, US clearance is very long. If we hadn’t had Mobile Passport apps, we would NOT have made our flight.

access to lounge w/ great food and beverage options. view of the tarmac was special. comfortable bed and facilities, the most modern and best part of the entire airport. great stay for location, convenience etc. stayed in the gold access rooms and had personalised le labo bath products. very helpful staff

due to COVID no staff to assist priority boarding. Vancouver airport is very old, no conveyor belt for bag drop off, disorderly.. this is no reflection on the hotel though.

Staff especially Crystal who was a big help when we were booking. She is a true professional. Location was great. Welcome nibbles much appreciated. Staff on the gold floor couldn’t have been nicer

overall the impression of the room was very good, The room was pleasant, the lounge was comfortable and the breakfast was very acceptable.

It was a one night stay before a flight, nothing much to say, I booked a room in the gold floor, it was expensive but really good, nice lounge with breakfast. The lobby is one floor above the United Airlines check in counters, perfect

We had a medical incident at the airport and had to stay longer at the airport than anticipated. The Fairmont had one room available and Hannah arranged for us to check in earlier than normal. The staff were so helpful, professional and friendly they made a difficult situation less stressful and more tolerable. We really appreciate their thoughtfulness and being able to accommodate us at such short notice.

Excellent, attentive and observant staff. Very comfortable room and bedding. Top notch experience all around. I liked the messaging in the kitchenette suggesting that tap water was good and plentiful.

My coffee machine in my room was not operating correctly but the staff corrected this and double checked with me to make sure. Everything else was better than expected.

in the airport so can’t get any closer! very nice inside, late checkout bar staff were fab

food was ok but not great & expensive for the portion size wine list needs improving you pay for the luxury of staying in the airport they assume you’ve used the minibar - without checking

everything, especially the suite itself. unfortunately the hot tub closed before we could use it, and our flight left before breakfast services were open so we did not get a chance to enjoy those

Room service menu says all day breakfast, but breakfast services do not open until 6 am
