I recently spent two nights at this property and had a fantastic experience. The host was incredibly friendly and offered excellent recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. I was pleased to find my room ready upon arrival, and they even accommodated an early check-in, which was very convenient. The room itself was spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable, and overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The breakfast could have been better, and it would be great if some basic toiletries were provided. These small enhancements would make the stay even more enjoyable.

Beautiful facility, clean rooms with private bathrooms, great AC and shared kitchen space. Fantastic location too, as everything is walking distance and didn't really need a rickshaw while staying here (only if I felt lazy or running late to the Katakali shows). They offer a breakfast catered to guest's personal preference which I didn't indulge in as I'm not a breakfast person but if that's your thing then happy days, get involved.

Checking in took FOREVER. Ensure you're there early and don't prebook taxis / activities straight after checking in as whatever system they use is slow. They also send multiple annoying SMS messages to put in a deposit for your stay which is really hard to do when you are a foreigner as they need local banks to deposit the money. Staff is not at fault whatsoever, its Treebo's system that needs to be re-evaluated. I could see the reception staff was getting frustrated so Treebo, please stop using whatever system you have. Even a paper log book system would be faster than whatever the F you use.

Breakfast tasted ok. But atrocious hygiene, almost nonexistent crockery and cutlery.

Terrible hygiene at breakfast and poor service. Also no parking. Best not to travel by car. It would be far better if the hotel could make arrangements for parking, at least somewhere close by, and for additional payment maybe.

Out of busy area. Clean linen. Good aircon. Fairly quiet. Quick registration.

Asking for toiletpaper and Towels. Breakfast super basic cold omolet and lots of white bread toast with only mixed fruit jam. We noticed an indian family got a full tradisional breakfast, we did not get the option.

The Manager Mr Abhilash , One of the nicest guys, he is really knowledgable and assists travelers in locating the appropriate locations. He offers advice on things to do in Cochi, places to visit, etc.

Everything was fine but a availability of tea coffee in the morning would have been great and if the location was little off track

Very homely and well presented. Clean and private.

Some of the staff didn’t understand a word of English which made things difficult at times.

I like the location and design of the room. It was easy to reach sightseeings without a cab. There was a loot of furniture in the room for clothes, two small tables near the bed, one table for work and a small table with chairs near the window. It was comfortable to stay there.

Need more air conditioning in the bathroom.

The guy Abhilash is really cool and helpful, other staff were also very supportive. Really cool place and location is awesome. Fort Kochi is just nearby. In evening don't forget to try the drinks 😉 nearby places almost all are at very good location.

If you have Airtel Sim, I would suggest get one Jio also. Very less network coverage for airtel may be due to Navy jammer.

The location is very good. Close to the Maritime museum and Kochi beach. The room had a/c and a balcony. The staff were nice and helpful.

The breakfast was only okay.

The room was super clean and the complimentary breakfast always changed. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
