I thought the breakfast could have had some fruit and mugs not just cups because the weather was freezing and the tea got cold fast in the wide cup.

The building main areas, including the dining area, were freezing. Heaters were there but not turned on. A couple of air conditioners in dining room were insufficient. Two nights of our stay we came in from dinner to find two hall heaters on and what a difference it made. The room needs a full length mirror, an extractor fan and a magnifying mirror in the bathroom

The rooms are large, clean, well appointed. The linen bedding is good quality and there’s an abundance of pillows of soft and hard types. The doona covers are warm. The rooms are more spacious than many hotels. Bathrooms are clean. A good space of undercover car parking and easy access into the building after reception has closed. The Sauna, if you get to use it is terrific between noon and 9 pm. The breakfast is a nice add-on most places don’t even have any. I’ve read the other reviews and it seems people are expecting For eggs etc. This is a continental breakfast with great fresh Greek yoghurt. The main thing is the accommodation and that is terrific and quality and value. The location so close to Eco point makes a delightful walk to the expansive views of the Three Sisters in the valley and beyond.

The reception staff on the morning of December 30th were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They even give me flower.The assistance provided during our breakfast was wonderful, and our entire stay was fantastic. The place was clean, and overall, I would give it a perfect 10 out of 10.

Location - very central within Katoomba and easy walk to town, RSL and three sisters

Not much to fault for the price point. Whilst it doesn’t have a full breakfast, it meant we could enjoy the coffees and pastries in town, a 1 kilometre walk away. If you are a young family with a pram/stroller, there are not lifts to get to the second floor rooms, which I understand are the larger room with a single and a double bed. Have to leave in your car or carry up which wasn’t an issue

Free Breakfast is a good option, but 8am felt like a late time for brekky when we wanted to get out bushwalking. And then on the second day they changed it to 8.30am without telling anyone so we were confused and thinking breakfast wasn;t going to be provided at all. No onsite staff, always at their other location and you have to call for any help you need.

Based on the photos of the property when I booked it, I was expecting the rooms at the hotel to be older. We were pleasantly surprised at how well maintained the room was. The beds were very comfortable, everything was in good condition, including the bathroom, which looked more modern than I thought it was going to be. Breakfast was simple, with a variety of breads and cereals, coffee, juice or tea. But at least it was good enough to get us up and running.

The hotel was a little far from Katoomba station and the buses don't run early in the morning or late at night, so most of the time we had to walk, but at least the distances were all manageable.

Wonderful atmosphere. Seemed freshly renovated. We slept through the complimentary breakfast, unfortunately, but im sure it would have been great as well.

If I HAD to chose something, and it really wasn't a problem, the room next doors shower and toilet was against our bedroom wall, so we could hear the water running, but its nothing you wouldn't get at any other hotel.

The host was very friendly and helpful. Gave us 2 bottles of wine on arrival and upgraded our rooms without us asking. There were 10 of us and we had a great time. Plenty of common area for us to get together and socialize. Felt like we were staying in a big house. Great location, We walked to the Three Sisters Lookout and to a High Tea down the road. Just a short drive away from the eateries in Katoomba. Breakfast was included which was great. Ample parking underground with easy access to the hotel. We all enjoyed the fireplace in the cozy sitting room and played cards in the Billiards room. Would definitely recommend this place.

Great location. It is a short walk to the Three Sisters lookout as well as walking distance to Katoomba. There is covered on site parking.

Close to the lookout point to the 3 sisters and within 15 minutes walking distance to town centre. Clean and charming hotel with excellent beds. Had to wait a bit for check in as reception was not attended but got upgraded to a better room for the wait.

Breakfast was a bit late (8:30 am) considering jetlag unfortunately turned us into early risers, so we ultimately skipped it.
