Excellent Stay at Vi Khoa Villa! I had a wonderful experience staying at Vi Khoa Villa. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. I really appreciated the complimentary bottled water provided daily, which was a thoughtful touch. The location is excellent just a short walk to the ancient town of Hoi An, making it easy to explore the area on foot. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby, so everything you need is within easy reach. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, always making sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend Vi Khoa Villa to anyone visiting Hoi An!

A homely feel, nothing flash but very tidy and clean, with complete amenities and the owners are responsive and will offer assistance and advice when asked. The owner helped us book a van back to danang airport for our flight out at reasonable rates. We had already pre-booked our day driver and car hire from overseas before we arrived, otherwise, asking them for a quote for our My Son tour would have been a good option too, since their airport shuttle cost was very reasonable. Large comfortable beds, complete toiletries, rooms cleaned daily. The owner helped us follw up with the tailor we commissioned to make a suit for my daughter, making sureit arrived before we left for the airport. Really good location beside a lot of services, 10 minutes walk from the old town markets and boatrides. See photos, these are literally mins away. Walkable to hawker stalls where food is cheap. This was a quieter street far enough away from the old town but handy enough to walk.

Can be noisy on occasion, we arrived Sunday night and there seemed to be a game on, we could hear cheering from below and maybe from a neighbouring location. We worried it would disturbour kids’ sleep but the noise stopped at 10pm, so that was a relief. The floors are marble and so the sound echoes sometimes while people are walking up and walking to their rooms, you can hear them. Other than this, no complaints.

This hotel is a family-owned amd managed place. The location is fantastic: just on the edge between the old town which is full of tourists and noise, and Hoi An town. Literally you go into the river side or the main old town area in less than two minutes. The building itself has the essentials. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. If you ask for the ones with balcony, you get a very nice terrace. The owners really take care of you and help you with everything (big hint: before you book any tour, talk with them and check prices. Unless you’re thinking about something very specific, they can help you with all you need). It is definitely a fantastic option for staying in Hoi An.

Nothing, all was great!

The staff were super friendly and helpful. We got in early off our night bus and we were able to use the bathroom to freshen up & towels were provided for a shower. There was umbrellas in the rooms & we were offered extra ones. We were able to do our laundry for a good price . Bikes available. Shower was very good & plenty of hot water, Very cosy comfy spacious room. We had a balcony facing the road but we didn’t find it noisy at night.

Our only complaint was the Wi-Fi was down for our last 24 hours there but there was very bad weather so this was probably why, when we Wi-Fi was working it was very good.

We had a wonderful 5 night stay! Besides being in a great location, our hosts at the hotel made our stay very special and extraordinarily convenient. From arranging pickup at our Da Nang hotel to doing our laundry on the premises to driving us to tailors to arranging coconut tour boat rides to arranging a ride back to Da Nang, and more! There is no way we could get this level of service and kindness from brand-name luxury hotels. Thank you, thank you, thank you for the wonderful memories!

Comfy and spacious enough for two people! They gave us fresh towels and new water bottles every day. They washed SO MUCH laundry for us and it was done in one day. Great location near Old Town. The staff was very nice and everyone greeted us warmly.

A bit noisy outside at night. However we were there during tet, a huge holiday for Vietnamese, so we understood everyone was having fun! Hot water ran out if you take a shower a night. We took our hot showers between 4pm and 6pm and it was great

**Perfect Location and Excellent Service** Hoi An Vi Khoa Villa is a fantastic place to stay in Hoi An! The location is ideal—just outside the old town, yet less than a 5-minute walk to the historic bridge and bustling tourist streets. The hotel is very new, spotlessly clean, and surprisingly affordable. The staff provided excellent service, regularly checking to ensure we were enjoying our stay and had everything we needed. The breakfast was simple but good, perfectly starting the day. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Hoi An!

I enjoyed staying here a lot. Near the historical sites and the night market but still in a very quiet streets. Easy to reach the airport and the beach aswell. Walkable for all the interesting part of the city. The owner and her family are lovely folks and they were very helpful for everything. Shuttle for and to the airport, taxi for going to the beach. Breakfast was very good and huge portions. The room and the shower was spotless clean. I definitely recommend this place. In short : good position, clean facilities, reliable staff. +10

It was all good and nothing to complain about

The hotel is well located, close to the historic center of Hoi An, but not in the crowded and most agitated area, just a 5-minute walk from the evening market. The hosts were very welcoming, engaging in conversations and providing recommendations for places to visit. They also offer a motorcycle rental service for approximately 150,000 duong per day and a transfer service to the airport or other cities, which can be very useful. Breakfast includes eggs, coffee, fruit, and generous banana pancakes. Even though some rooms do not have a window facing the street, only an interior window, the rooms are very clean, and the cleaning service is provided daily.

There is no elevator in the building.

Rooms were spacious and the bathrooms a good size, with the shower closed off so the bathroom remained dry. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and everything worked well. There was a kettle and a small fridge, both very handy to have in the rooms. Bed was large and comfortable and the rooms were quiet (despite the windows opening onto an air well) once the the window was closed. Location was just a short walk from the old town area, away from the crowds and noise -- which suited us perfectly. My friend and I even had facial treatments at the shop right next door for a very reasonable price!
