The location is both the good and the bad thing. It's right in Chinatown Market so as soon as you get off the station you see a lot of life and stalls and food and the hostel is right there on that street. You can hear all the noise from the street. It didn't bother me. I could sleep fine but I guess depending on the person, the noise could be annoying. Staff is nice and provides recommendations. Can't beat the price.

The mattress is a bit hard and the pillow is too high but still I was able to sleep well. As I said, I didn't mind the noise from the street but some people could find it annoying

The workers were the kindest! I had the chance to be almost alone in the hostel, so it was really quiet. My bed was confortable enough and the room had air con (thank god!). The hostel was just in front of the MRT (subway), so it was easy to move from there to another place in SG. The hostel was clean and the workers so thoughtful, they help me when i needed and advised me well. I confirm that this hostel is worth the price!

The only bad point that i can see is the shower space who might need to be renovated, even though it was clean.

they do not provide soap/shower gel for taking shower, do not have soap for at lease hands washing ... it is importance to tell in Note for booking here, so i can bring my shower gel, and no need to buy overthere... & i have never seen any hostel that do not provide soap...even a cheaper one they have soap...

The price and convenience. We checked in at 1am with no issues, staff were very helpful and friendly! We actually found the beds super comfy and the room was at a perfect temperature

If you are younger, the dorms had majority older people in them. We didn’t mind this but other younger travelers might!

The location and the price are excellent

The buttons to put the code in order to open the room doors make too much noise. So if you don't sleep really deep you will wake up many times.

I was very pleased with how the staff treated all the customers, they provide excellent quality of service without any discrimination and racism to all customers. They also provide informations about places to visits, transportations and many other things. I will definitely book this lodge again when i comeback to singapore.. thumbs up specially to Ms. Emily who woke up early just to check me in early in the morning because i arrived in Singapore pass midnight already.. thank you so much guys! And more power!! Fei chang xie xie!

My Singapur trip took an unexpected turn at the end and have to switch to a hostel, what I loved the most was the fact that the staff was friendly and helpful with absolutely everything, the shared areas were always very very clean and it was in a perfect location. I enjoyed my time there except for the guy who was always farting lol. But is a hostel so you never know what to expect with the rest of the guest. Thank you to the ladies from the front desk, you are amazing!

The location was near to everything, and restaurants near the hotel were good

Scheduled hours are confused. If you are late, you will have to pay and book in another place because there will be no one to check in your stay. If you arrive at midnight better, you have a plan B. Otherwise, you will sleep on the street

Service war increadibly friendly, funny and always helpful. I feld very welcomeand always safe. The Hostel is directly located in Chinatown. Downstairs is a fruit store with fresh ananas, Papaya and Jackfruits. Next the Metro-Station. I can highly recommend this Hostel! Hope to see you soon. Best, Corinna
