Good value for money, great location and well equipped room /kitchen with everything you need. Plenty of parking. 2 balcony areas (1 on each level ) and Air con on both levels.

The room has split level (but it’s on the small side) and the sofa bed once open takes over most of the lower level. Bathroom is spacious but needs bath towels hooks as the single towel rail can’t accomodate more than on large towel.

The location was outstanding for us. The room was very good - loved the french doors to our private verandah. Staff were very pleasant. We were so close to all the shops and the dining area looked lovely. Really perfect for us. The air conditioner is the quietest I have ever experienced , we were in a heat wave in QLD at the time, it was on when we arrived - so considerate of staff and it kept the room so cool. No noise from the Hotel at all even on New Years eve - so quiet. We will happily stay again.

I know it was just after Christmas and we were there for New Year however, we never had a linen change (once would have been enough) and no towels were changed either. Having said that - in fairness I never asked either and considering how pleasant the staff were I am sure they would have given us some. Bathroom a little dated.

The location is great and room though a little dated was clean and well maintained and although is is part of a large Pub was very quiet and restful night was had by the family

I understand that the automated checking works well but when checking out there are no staff in the morning and as far as I could tell no proper key drop off I could find, that meant after I saw another guest drop his key into the unsecured check in device I did the same that meant the key could be taken out by anyone.

We cannot fault one thing about this Hotel. The incredible staff went above and beyond. They allowed us to keep our luggage with them until we could check in and then allowed us to check in 2 hours early. We had a very tired 2 year old so to say we appreciated this was an understatement. Staff then helped us find the town centre and made some recommendations for where to eat and they were spot on. The room itself was set up nicely for us and was clean and comfortable. It was perfect for us. Finally the restaurant attached was great. We are really grateful we found this accomodation and will stay here again in future and have already recommended it to friends back home.

Spacious and very nice rooms! Unfortunately for us we had a very nice and big easy access room for the disabled so we didn’t enjoy the duplex layout with patio and balcony like the other guests -but we Still liked it. The hotel part was well separated from the other activities on the premises (bar, restaurant, casino and liquor shop). These kind of combined motels/hotels are clearly an Australian thing that takes a little getting used to for Europeans. But it works fine for some reason. The hotel has easy access for the family travelling by car and it’s really close to public transport (trains) to get into Brisbane city. Nice and helpful staff.

The north facing patio outside the room was good for drying our regatta sailing clothes. The room was clean, bright and adequate for our needs.

The parking space for the unit wasn't marked and was taken up by other vehicles so we had to park in the main hotel carpark. The only way to fill up the kettle was to use one of the bowls to pour water into it because thge room under the basin tap is too tight. The breakfast bowls were way too small for a good hearty meal.

Easy check in - staff member was very helpful and friendly. The room was very spacious, clean with the added bonus of french doors to a sunny courtyard. Very impressed with the accommodation.

The Fig Restaurant - ordered a takeaway dinner which was disgraceful. Went back to complain to the Manager and asked for a refund and was politely told NO and he was rude and discourteous. He was only young so he has a lot to learn about customer service. I would NOT recommend using this restaurant 😒.

Our room was on the back of the hotel and very quiet. Was fantastic to see 2 hotplates in the kitchen and a good supply of tea, coffee and milk (we always take our own as there is rarely more than a few or each) The location is great, only a short walk to the foreshore, park and train station made it easy to relax and enjoy our time in sunny Qld.

Not much really, the price made up for the ageing building, everything was clean. One thing to watch though is due to us having 2 young boys sleeping on roll out beds, which blocked easy access, I hit my head hard on the staircase trying to get out to the enclosed courtyard where the children were.

The property is located near everything. It is not big but enough to accommodate a family of four. I like that it is self checkin and checkout. Cooking utensils are available so it is very convenient since theres not much of takeaway places available.

It needs vacuuming and might be good if the put a vacuum stick or broom in each rooms. The washing machine is not working when we stay.

Location is great, the Wynnum pier is close by and so is the wynnum station with free all day parking. Property has a good restaurant on site (lovely service staff) ... they close early though and are very rigid about last order time 🤮🤮 But credit where its due, food is extremely tasty, fresh and simply excellent. Checking in is a bit weird - mainly because how the room location signage is not well displayed! Housekeeping staff was lovely!
