Nice clean rooms great staff good location

The $40 hidden fee they take out when you check in and you get it back 5 to 7 business days . the total we get from booking .com should be the same when you check in the hotel

Spacious room with comfortable bed, great bathroom, and good scenery of mountains. Breakfast had waffles, oatmeal and fixings. Very large TV in room, with access to youtube, and other apps. There is a nature trail very close to the hotel, and one of the entrances to the Park. If you like to walk, you can walk down the hill and to the main strip.

Down town was a bit of a misnomer. It is not on the strip. The room was a bit dusty. The decor and feel of the hotel seemed more like a set-up for business meetings, rather than a hotel in the mountains.

breakfast was awesome and the rooms were really clean. The location was perfect. we were literally 4 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. The fire pit outside the breakfast area was amazing as well :)

I was charged twice through booking and its been two weeks and STILL YET TO HAVE RECIEVED MY REFUND AS PROMISED. BOOKING HAS BEEN WAITING ON THE COMPANY/MANAGER TO RESPOND AND STILL NOTHING. IM VERY UPSET ABOUT THAT.

The team at this hotel was extremely accommodating at a very busy time of year. The location was perfect for NY Eve. Walking distance to the Space Needle. The choices at breakfast were incredible - best I've seen and obviously very convenient. Parking was convenient and gain the staff was very helpful.

Would have loved housekeeping every other day. They seemed so busy, we didn't bother with housekeeping but ran out of toilet paper, kleenex, towels and had to hunt them down. The woman at breakfast was very crabby when we didn't show up until 9:45 because breakfast ended at 10:00. She kept reminding us over and over again, breakfast closes in 15 minutes, 10 minutes and 5 mintues. There was very little food left at 9:45.

The location was great! Off the busy street was awesome. The trolley taking you from the hotel to main street action was wonderful and prevented the need to each time needing to drive to main street and deal with finding parking. The hotel was very clean and breakfast great. The hot tub was awesome for a September hotel visit and the pool area clean and not crowded even though hotel was booked at capacity.

The first room on night 1 was noisy and near the street! That room was very spacious. Requested a quieter room and was told no rooms available except for new check ins??!! I ask for management. Not available but message would be sent to management address my request to change my room. Approximately 20 minutes later got a call room would be changed!! Got a smaller room but a bit quieter.

I like the fact that there were plenty of breakfast choices for my kids to choose from. All the staff i ran i to were friendly, direct eye contact and always said hello, good morning/afternoon al with a smile on their faces.

I love the space in the King Suite, I love the spacious shower and how quiet the hotel was also the location was great getting in and out of Gatlingburg. The room was very clean our house keeper dropped off towels without us asking which was great. Had an issue and the lady at the front desk was very patience although I was frustrated....she was very professional!!

I did not care for the excessive amount of ladybugs in our room, on the ceiling, walls, and on the windowsill, they did post a disclaimer in the elevator. Every night hubby was.getting ladybugs definitely took away from the romantic vibes. However we researched if you keep most of your lights off at night it limits then coming in your room The sofa sleeper could have used a deep cleaning it looked a little dirty.

The price and location was awesome

I didn’t like the ladybugs being everywhere although it’s posted to expect them. They drop everywhere including the bed and bugs bothers me.

Clean spacious suite-lovely walk in large shower.

No bathroom fan-mirror fogged up every time I showered. Sofa bed ok could have been more comfortable if it was down filled.
