The room was very clean and spacious. We had the 2 double beds and it was really comfortable for 3 people

The breakfast was really disappointing. We had breakfast included in our stay but later we saw that the hotel itself didn’t have a breakfast buffet, it was a coffee counter with one person to get your order, prepare the food, serve and work in the cashier; so it takes a long time for you to get your food, and if you want something prepared, he can’t prepare at the time of the order… he needs to attend to every one on the line first…

Son traveling and had a nail in tire. Luckily was right next to this courtyard.Tried to call direct so I would get the AARP or military discount.Was unable to get someone online or at the front desk to give me the discount.Greatful to have a safe place for my son and grandaughter but disappointed I could not get any discount.Im retired with a limited income. The pool was nice and the maid's were amazing. Very kind and professional

The bar wasn't open cause there wasn't much occupancy There wasn't a shuttle to bring you places and there wasn't a complementary breakfast. And there wasn't a microwave in my room. And the fridge was extra small. There was only one elevator working. And the pool closed early.

The hotel lobby and staff were welcoming. We came to Syracuse to meet up with relatives. We only required a bed for the night, which was very comfortable

On a one night visit there wasn't time to become dissatisfied with anything and I'm pretty sure there would be nothing unsatisfactory in any case

The location of the hotel was fine even though it wasn't close to I-90. I selected this location for its better price over hotels near the interstate. The lobby was above average. The room and bathroom was pleasing, clean and set up adequately. The lady working the Bistro the morning of 7/2 was pleasant, efficient and expressed the impression that she liked working with customers. The ladies working at the registration desk were welcoming. The parking was close.

The carpet on the 3rd floor hallway was littered with small debris and the temperature of 75 degrees was too warm. The AC unit in room 304 was so loud I woke up thinking that an emergency helicopter was landing close by outside the window and it did not maintain the temperature that we set it at for the night. The charge of $14 to park with no valet is unnecessary and a turnoff in addition to a parking tax. Valet parking isn't needed because of the close proximity to the hotel and neither is the parking charge.

I was only there for one night. The Hotel has an excellent location within Syracuse. The room was great, and parking convenient. Price is pretty reasonable. Service at the hotel's Starbuck's was great. Would stay here again.

A bit confusing check in and the elevators seems to be like in different buildings, and the elevator lobby and cafe area seem lonely and out of sight, which didn't feel great in Downtown Syracuse.

Its a great location for food and things to do. We really enjoyed the penny pub for billiards. Kitty Hoynes was amazing for dinner.

Parking in the hotels on lot parking is $20, they didn't advise to that in advance.

Clerk at check in was very unprofessional , never told me the room number, never mentioned coffee or breakfast, said to insert my credit card and never said why, when asked he said it was for a $20 fee, it was actually $45, bathroom was dirty, hair everywhere especially the floor corners

No shower soap in shower and no kleenex. Would like more walk ability.

No breakfast. Bar was awful... No one knew how to do anything but open beer bottles. They couldn't make cocktails listed on menu or even open a bottle of wine
