Check in staff was informative and helpful with all that was required. The checkout staff was friendly , informative and helpful as well.

When in the room it was quiet and peacefully very clean . Was a five day stay and room was cleaned well each day. One thing I would suggest is the deposits of money required when using a certain credit card ! Never experienced that before but it worked out in the end. Also I thought I booked a two bed room but apparently I didn't but we made do , no fault to the hotel.

Everything was great. I wasn't sure what to expect after reading some of the reviews. However I was extremely impressed with the hotel. The room was larger than I expected. The room was clean. I called down to the office at 8pm to let them know the microwave wasn't working and they had a working one to me within 10 minutes. I didn't have any issues with staff or the property. I am a traveling nurse and have stayed in plenty of hotels and this is one of the better ones I have been in. I plan to return to this hotel for the remaining weeks of my contract.

The room they gave us was close to the poem and to the front desk and they made coffee in the morning and it was good coffee too I love the fact that it's convenient to many places we go like Clayton or Alex Bay and even close by the grocery stores and restaurants having a pool is a huge Plus this hotel as I would go to every time we visit this area the staff is always very pleasant as well

Stayed here twice this year. It's very convenient while traveling to visit family along I-81, and there are lots of food options nesrby. The beds are clean and comfortable. The decor is basic, but better than expected for the price. Both the heat and the A/C worked great.

The bathroom is a disappointment. The walls are old stucco and peeling. The toilet is super low and wiggles. The first time we stayed here, we told the front desk receptionist that the toilet was not bolted to the floor and also that the hair dryer did not work. Not sure if we had the exact same room this time, but someone stuck a wedge under the toilet and attempted to bolt it down...not securely though. The hair dryer worked for 1 minute before turning off. Also there were 2 long black hairs in the bathroom, 1 in the shower and 1 on the towel rack. One of the bath towels was not clean. Water pressure was good though.

The prices and the staff especially angel were amazing the place was clean for the price it was excellent it could use a few cosmetic updates what didn't you

The small packets of coffee or the coffee in general at least wise the coffee in the room the lobby coffee was good

I liked the location and the fact it was reasonably priced. There was a good sized fridge and a microwave and coffee in the lobby every morning. I didn’t use it but there was a pool.

The amount of noise with people laughing and talking, even using the F word in the lobby, even at 11:00 at night. My room was very close to the lobby unfortunately and just a couple of doors from the pool area.

The housekeeping ladies were phenomenal, and the front desk ladies were nice! The room was clean and well stocked. The location is very convenient.

The one male front desk clerk was very rude with every interaction. The website boasted indoor pool til November, but they had closed it before October, so the whole reason for booking this location was negated. The internet was spotty, causing a lack of connection across multiple wifi networks.

The price and overall value of this stay was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and met basic expectations. It was the perfect overnight pit stop on a multi-day road trip.

The A/C unit was old and didn't work very well. It did cool the room, eventually.

I was very impressed with the huge walk in closet & hard wood floors very clean great location quite Only issue was bathroom sink was clogged and wouldn't drain and I couldn't get any cold water from sink or tub not exactly sure why but we managed

Great location to stores and places to eat. Not far from the thruway. The room was decent. The staff was wonderful and helpful. We had trouble with the TV, and she helped get it back on. Someone apparently unplugged the TV. Had smoking rooms. Price was excellent.

Only needs some updating.
