Staff on reception were really friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early and also able to leave bags in reception on check out day until time to head to the airport. Good location to be able to a walk to many of the local sites of interest and attractions, also has good access to the public transport system if required. There are a good selection of bars and restaurants in walking distance once you've worked out where they are.

The room had a few dirty marks on the walls. It was also very warm, opening the window at night not really an option as noise likely to be an issue.

Great location and pleasant staff. Easy to get to the city centre on metro and by foot. Room has everything we needed and was clean. good sized bathroom, kitchenette with hob, very fast wifi, fridge and microwave over plus all the utensils. Balcony was a nice touch and there's food shops on the street that are open on Sunday evenings which is great (most don't show on google maps for some reason). It one one of the cheaper places to stay in Berlin of this calibre which ultimately made us choose it but happy we did!

The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The reception staff were very friendly, and the location was perfect – a lovely neighborhood and well connected to all parts of the city. We stayed in the attic apartment, which had a beautiful view of the cathedral – a wonderful bonus!

We honestly couldn’t think of anything major that was missing. Maybe just a couple of small improvements, like a new kettle and slightly better pillows, would make it perfect.

Booking: Nena had an easy booking and fast check-in process. The reception was superb friendly. I was able to check in early, which was greatly appreciated to catch up on sleep. Thank you! The room: The apartment was surprisingly quiet, hardly any noise (I was high up). My room was clean and comfortable. Working with the Wi-Fi was also no issue. Location: The surrounding area is quiet, but not very lively. There are plenty Spätis and mostly Turkish restaurants nearby to grab a bite, which is great. If you want more elevated venues, bus and U-bahn are nearby. Getting around solo as a woman seemed safe.

Shower-head should be freed from buildup/corrosion. Chipped mugs could be replaced. Otherwise, alright.

We stayed for three nice in a small but very thoughtfully furnished apartment with everything we'd needed included :)) Everything was clean and tidy, we felt quite cozy ♡

The space under the bed could use a little more care while cleaning but that was the only "issue".. I've noticed lack of coat-hangers, there were none :DD They could've been placed next to the kitchen area that would've been very practical but it wasn't that bothering.

I like the self-contain setting, felt like home. There’s a fridge, induction cooker, dish washer, kitchen sink, plates, pots, cutlery, frying pan, etc The room can be well ventilated by opening the window. There is also a ventilator above the induction cooker in the kitchen area. Bathroom was big enough and well lit. Location was nice and quiet. City center is easily accessible by a bus 1 minute away or S/U-Bahn 8 minutes away. I think you get your money’s worth at this apartment.

Nothing in particular, just want to remind the management to top up the bath gel in the bathroom. A soap/ wash gel rack in the shower would be ideal as well.

The location was great, near a small neighborhood with lots of cafes and supermarkets but exceptionally close to a major public transport hub which made it easy to get in and out of the central city. The kitchen was a bit cramped but very clean and facilitated lots of cooking which is great if you're on a budget. The microwave can act as a oven and there was plenty of utensils which made cooking a breeze.

The apartment was very small, there wasn't room to keep the sofa bed open through to day and store large suitcases at the same time. The washing machines were also quite expensive and there was no way to dry clothes naturally.

The place was very easy to get to. It had a small balcony which allowed for natural light. The staff were very nice and helpful. The bathroom was excellent along with the small table and coffee maker. It felt like a nice place to relax and wind down after sight seeing.

The laundry is run via an app which if you are using a different SIM card makes it difficult to use. A cash option would have been helpful.

The room was comfortable with new bed was comfortable as well. Building, bathroom was all new and clean. Reception personel were very helpful. Hotel answers the msgs right away.

I was expecting larger room since it is sold as a studio. It was regular hotel room size. Instead of large closet it has wisely designed small kitchen.

Clean. Organised - great communication so it was easy to access after the reception had closed. All essentials were provided - a couple of coffee pods, a couple of dishwasher tablets, some washing up liquid, abottle of water in the fridge. Clear instructions about how to dispose of rubbish - recycled. An on-site laundry facility.
